本发明申请的对象为用于移动电话的外壳的注册，所述外壳合并有重大的创新和优点。
更具体地，本发明提出了使得使用者能够在特定状况使用移动电话或设备的外壳的发展。
背景技术
移动电话的外壳或覆盖件是用来保护电子移动设备免受日常使用中可能的撞击或磨损的元件。目前市场上有很多可用的外壳，这些外壳基本上由局部的覆盖件组成，其不覆盖设备的屏幕和移动电话的按钮，以促进使用者手执设备。
这些外壳可以由不同的材料制成（塑料、硅胶、两者组合等等），从而所述外壳除了多种多样的设计、形状和颜色之外，还可以具有刚性的、半刚性的或柔性的结构。
众所周知，移动电话被称为智能手机，包括使其能够拍照或拍摄视频的摄像头，所述摄像头基本上通过按压相应的图标来激活。应该提及的事实是，拍照功能通常使用两手来执行，因为这是具有较大机动性和安全性的持有所述移动电话的方式。然而，当使用者不得不仅用一只手使用移动电话时，无论自拍或由于其它原因使另一只手被占用，同时持有并操作都变得困难，这导致低质量照片或者甚至掉下移动电话。
发明内容
开发本发明是为了提供一种壳体，其在应用领域内配置是新颖的，并解决了上述缺点，同时提供将由以下描述证明的其它附加的优点。
因此，本发明的一个目的在于提供用于移动电话的新外壳，所述新外壳包括由具有与待封装的移动电话相配合的形态的任何类型的适当材料构成的壳体，并且其特征在于，所述外壳包括突出于所述外壳的壳体的下部的折叠式手柄，所述手柄允许使用者仅用一只手持有并操作移动电话或设备，提供安全和平衡。因此，当所述手柄完全地折叠时，所述外壳具有任何常见外壳的特征，从而所述外壳的尺寸、形状或质地没有改变并且不麻烦使用者。
在本发明的一个实施例中，所述外壳的壳体的背面包括导向装置，所述手柄能够贯穿该导向装置纵向地滑动。
优选地，所述导向装置包括一对彼此分离的纵向导轨，所述手柄在该对导轨之间滑动，所述手柄具有用于限制移动路径的对接机构。这些导轨的存在赋予所述外壳更大的刚度。
在本发明的一个备选实施例中，所述手柄的一端包括以铰链方式铰接至所述外壳的壳体的旋转轴。
在本发明的另一个优选实施例中，所述外壳的壳体可以包括一轴，所述手柄以旋转方式与该轴接合，从而所述手柄能够在平行于由所述外壳的壳体的背面限定的平面的平面上旋转。
依照本发明的另一方面，所述外壳的壳体具有外罩，所述外罩具有与所述手柄的尺寸互补的尺寸，其中所述手柄可以配置在非展开状态。
在一个优选实施例中，所述外罩在所述外壳的壳体的背面上含有通孔。

Claims (8)

1.用于移动电话或类似设备的外壳，所述外壳由具有与待封装的移动电话（10）相适配的形态的任何适当材料所制成的壳体（1）形成，其特征在于，所述外壳包括折叠式手柄（2），该折叠式手柄（2）在展开位置中突出于所述外壳的壳体（1）的下部（12）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于移动电话或类似设备的外壳，其特征在于，所述外壳的壳体（1）的背面（11）包括导向装置，所述折叠式手柄（2）能够贯穿所述导向装置纵向地滑动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于移动电话或类似设备的外壳，其特征在于，所述导向装置包括一对彼此分离的纵向导轨（3），所述折叠式手柄（2）在所述纵向导轨（3）之间滑动，所述折叠式手柄（2）具有用于限制移动路径的对接结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于移动电话或类似设备的外壳，其特征在于，所述折叠式手柄（2）的一端包括旋转轴，该旋转轴以铰链方式铰接至所述外壳的壳体（1）。
