Funda para teléfonos móviles o dispositivos similares (10), que está constituida por un cuerpo (1) hecho de cualquier tipo de material adecuado que presenta una configuración acorde con el teléfono móvil (10) a alojar, que comprende un mango desplegable (2) que sobresale de la parte inferior del cuerpo (1) de la funda, y facilita al usuario el empleo del teléfono o dispositivo móvil (10) en determinadas situaciones.

MEMORIA DESCRIPTIVA OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente solicitud de invención tiene por objeto el registro de una funda para teléfonos móviles que incorpora notables innovaciones y ventajas. Más concretamente, la invención propone el desarrollo de una funda que facilita al usuario el empleo del teléfono o dispositivo móvil en determinadas situaciones.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN Las fundas o carcasas para móviles son elementos que sirven para proteger el aparato móvil electrónico de posibles golpes o desgaste por el uso. En el mercado existe hoy en día una amplia variedad de fundas las cuales consisten esencialmente en un cubrimiento parcial que permite dejar al descubierto la pantalla del aparato así como también los botones presentes en el teléfono móvil para facilitar al usuario su manipulación.
Estas fundas se pueden fabricar en diferentes materiales (plástico, silicona, combinación de los mismos, etc.) de modo que pueden presentar una configuración rígida, semirrígida o blanda, habiendo además una infinidad de diseños, formas y colores. Es bien sabido que los teléfonos móviles conocidos como smartphone disponen de cámaras de permiten hacer fotografías o videos y se activan pulsando esencialmente un icono correspondiente. Cabe decir que la función de fotografiar se suele realizar con las dos manos, ya que es la manera de poder sostener el teléfono móvil con mayor maniobrabilidad y seguridad. Sin embargo, cuando el usuario se ve obligado a utilizarla con una sola mano, ya sea para hacer un autorretrato o por tener la otra mano ocupada por otros motivos, surge la dificultad de sostenerlo y maniobrar a la vez lo que implica como consecuencia fotos de mala calidad o incluso puede provocar la caída del teléfono móvil. DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención se ha desarrollado con el fin de proporcionar una funda que se configura como una novedad dentro del campo de aplicación y resuelva los inconvenientes anteriormente mencionados, aportando, además, otras ventajas adicionales que serán evidentes a partir de la descripción que se acompaña a continuación.
Es por lo tanto un objeto de la presente invención proporcionar una funda novedosa para teléfonos móviles, que está constituida por un cuerpo hecho de cualquier tipo de material adecuado que presenta una configuración acorde con el teléfono móvil a alojar, y se caracteriza por el hecho de que comprende un mango desplegable que sobresale de la parte inferior del cuerpo de la funda que permite al usuario sostener y manipular el aparato o dispositivo móvil con una sola mano aportándole seguridad y equilibrio. Así, cuando el mango está completamente plegado, dicha funda mantiene las características de cualquier funda convencional, de manera que su tamaño, forma o textura no cambian y no incomodan al usuario.
En una realización de la invención, la cara posterior del cuerpo de la funda comprende medios de guiado a través de los cuales es susceptible de deslizarse longitudinalmente el mango.
Preferentemente, los medios de guiado comprenden un par de guías longitudinales separadas entre sí entre las cuales discurre el mango, presentando el mango medios de tope para limitar la carrera de desplazamiento. La presencia de estas guías le aporta a la funda una mayor rigidez.
En una realización alternativa de la invención, un extremo del mango comprende un eje giratorio articulado de forma abisagrada al cuerpo de la funda.
En otra realización preferida de la invención, cabe la posibilidad de que el cuerpo de la funda incluye un eje en el que el mango está acoplado de forma pivotante, de modo que dicho mango es capaz de girar en un plano paralelo al plano definido por el cuerpo de la funda. De acuerdo con otro aspecto de la presente invención, el cuerpo de la funda presenta un alojamiento que presenta unas dimensiones complementarias con las dimensiones del mango en el que puede disponerse dicho mango en una condición de no desplegada. En una realización preferida, el alojamiento consiste en un orificio pasante presente en la cara posterior del cuerpo de la funda.
Según otra característica, el mango está hecho de un material rígido o semirrígido. Otras características y ventajas de la funda objeto de la presente invención resultarán evidentes a partir de la descripción de una realización preferida, pero no exclusiva, que se ilustra a modo de ejemplo no limitativo en los dibujos que se acompañan, en los cuales:

A la vista de las mencionadas figuras y, de acuerdo con la numeración adoptada, se puede observar en ellas un ejemplo de realización preferente de la invención, la cual comprende las partes y elementos que se indican y describen en detalle a continuación.
Así, tal como se aprecia en las figuras 1 a a 1 c se ha representado una funda adecuada para ser dispuesta en un aparato de telefonía móvil (10) que comprende esencialmente un cuerpo (1 ) de planta sensiblemente rectangular que incorpora un mango desplegable (2) que sobresale de la parte inferior del cuerpo (1 ) de la funda. En particular, en la cara posterior del cuerpo (1 ) de la funda se proporciona un par de guías (3) longitudinales paralelas y separadas entre sí entre las cuales se desliza el mango (2) en la dirección indicada con la flecha en la figura 1 b, adoptando una posición plegada o desplegada. Además, para evitar que el mango desplegable (2) se separe del cuerpo (1 ) de la funda el mango desplegable (2) incluye unos medios de que permiten limitar la carrera de desplazamiento.
En una realización alternativa de la figura representada en las figuras 2a a 2d y en el que los mismos componentes presentan la misma referencia numérica, un extremo del mango comprende un eje giratorio (4) o pivotante que está articulado de forma abisagrada al cuerpo (1 ) de la funda. Ventajosamente, el mango desplegable (2) puede adoptar diversas posiciones con respecto al cuerpo (1 ), de modo que en una de las posiciones a diferencia de la realización anteriormente descrita permite colocar el teléfono de una forma inclinada y sobre una superficie, tal como por ejemplo, una mesa o escritorio de tal modo que facilita su manipulación.
En último lugar, en las figuras 3a a 3c puede verse una tercera realización donde también los componentes o elementos comunes tienen la misma referencia numérica, donde a diferencias de las anteriores realizaciones el cuerpo (1 ) de la funda incluye un eje o pasador (5) en el que el mango desplegable (2) está acoplado de forma pivotante, de modo que dicho mango (2) es capaz de girar en un plano paralelo al plano definido por el cuerpo (1 ) de la funda.
En las tres realizaciones comentadas y representadas, el cuerpo (1 ) de la funda presenta un alojamiento (6) formado a partir de un orificio pasante de contorno sensiblemente rectangular que presenta unas dimensiones complementarias con las dimensiones del mango desplegable (2) en el que puede disponerse dicho mango desplegable (2) en una condición de no desplegada.
En la figura 4 se aprecia un ejemplo de aplicación de la funda con el mango desplegable (2) soportado con la mano del usuario, por ejemplo, en una situación listo para hacer una fotografía con el aparato móvil.
Los detalles, las formas, las dimensiones y demás elementos accesorios, así como los materiales empleados en la fabricación de la funda de la invención podrán ser convenientemente sustituidos por otros que sean técnicamente equivalentes y no se aparten de la esencialidad de la invención ni del ámbito definido por las reivindicaciones que se incluyen a continuación.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1 . Funda para teléfonos móviles o dispositivos similares, que está constituida por un cuerpo hecho de cualquier tipo de material adecuado que presenta una configuración acorde con el teléfono móvil a alojar, caracterizada por el hecho de que comprende un mango desplegable que sobresale de la parte inferior del cuerpo de la funda.
2. Funda para teléfonos móviles o dispositivos similares según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizada por el hecho de que la cara posterior del cuerpo de la funda comprende medios de guiado a través de los cuales es susceptible de deslizarse longitudinalmente el mango.
3. Funda para teléfonos móviles o dispositivos similares según la reivindicación 2, caracterizada por el hecho de que los medios de guiado comprenden un par de guías longitudinales separadas entre sí entre las cuales discurre el mango, presentando el mango medios de tope para limitar la carrera de desplazamiento.
4. Funda para teléfonos móviles o dispositivos similares según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizada por el hecho de que un extremo del mango comprende un eje giratorio articulado de forma abisagrada al cuerpo de la funda.
5. Funda para teléfonos móviles o dispositivos similares según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizada por el hecho de que el cuerpo de la funda incluye un eje en el que el mango está acoplado de forma pivotante, de modo que dicho mango desplegable es capaz de girar en un plano paralelo al plano definido por el cuerpo de la funda.

Funda para teléfonos móviles o dispositivos similares según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizada por el hecho de que el cuerpo de la funda presenta un alojamiento que presenta unas dimensiones complementarias con las dimensiones del mango desplegable en el que puede disponerse dicho mango en una condición de no desplegada.
7. Funda para teléfonos móviles o dispositivos similares según la reivindicación 6, caracterizada por el hecho de que el alojamiento consiste en un orificio pasante presente en la cara posterior del cuerpo de la funda.
8. Funda para teléfonos móviles o dispositivos similares según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizada por el hecho de que el mango está hecho de un material rígido o semirrígido.
