Claims (2)
- (1) 적어도 산화구리(II) 및 산화아연을 첨착시킨 활성탄을 준비하는 공정,
(2) 트리메틸실란을 상기 활성탄에 흡착시키는 공정,
(3) 실란, 메틸실란, 또는 디메틸실란을 불순물로서 포함하는 트리메틸실란을 상기 (2)의 공정을 종료한 활성탄에 접촉시키고, 당해 불순물을 흡착시켜 트리메틸실란으로부터 제거하는 공정으로 이루어지는 트리메틸실란의 정제 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
(2)의 공정에 있어서, 희석한 트리메틸실란을 당해 활성탄에 접촉시킴으로써, 트리메틸실란을 당해 활성탄에 흡착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 트리메틸실란의 정제 방법.
