Claims (10)
- (i) 포도당 탈수소효소 (E.C.1.1.1.47), 및 (ii) 공효소로서의 하기 화학식 (I)의 화합물, 그의 염 또는 그의 환원형을 포함하는 포도당 측정용 시험 소자:
[식에서,
A = 아데닌 또는 그의 유사물이고,
T = 각 경우에 있어, 독립적으로 0, S를 의미하고,
U = 각 경우에 있어 독립적으로 OH, SH, BH3 -, BCNH2 -를 의미하고,
V = 각 경우에 있어 독립적으로 OH 또는 포스페이트기를 의미하고,
W = R이 각 경우에 있어 독립적으로 H 또는 C1-C2-알킬을 의미하는 COOR, CON(R)2, COR, CSN(R)2이고,
X1, X2 = 각 경우에 있어 독립적으로 0, CH2, CHCH3, C(CH3)2, NH, NCH3를 의미하고,
Y = NH, S, 0, CH2이고,
Z = 0, S 및 N으로부터 선택되는 헤테로원자 및 1 개 이상의 치환기를 함유할 수 있으며, 5 개의 C 원자를 가지는 고리기, 및 CR42가 고리기 및 X2에 결합된 잔기 CR42 (이때, R4 = 각 경우에 있어 독립적으로 H, F, Cl, CH3를 의미함)를 포함하는 잔기이고,
단, Z 및 피리딘 잔기는 글리코사이드 결합에 의해 연결되지 않음]. - 제 1 항에 있어서, Z 상의 치환기가 F, Cl 및 OH 로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상으로 치환될 수 있는 C1-C2-알킬, O-C1-C2-알킬, Cl 및 F 를 포함하는 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 시험 소자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 공효소로서 하기 화학식 (I')의 화합물, 그의 염 또는 그의 환원형을 포함하는 시험 소자:

{식에서, R5'와 R5" 사이에는 단일 또는 이중 결합이 존재할 수 있고,
R4 = 각 경우에 있어 독립적으로 H, F, Cl, CH3을 의미하고,
R5= CR42이고,
R5'와 R5" 사이에 단일 결합이 존재하는 경우에는,
R5' = 0, S, NH, NC1-C2-알킬, CR42, CHOH, CHOCH3이며,
R5" = CR42, CHOH, CHOCH3이고,
R5'와 R5" 사이에 이중 결합이 존재하는 경우에는, R5' = R5"= CR4이고,
R6, R6' = 각 경우에 있어 독립적으로 CH, CCH3를 의미함}]. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 하기와 같은 시험 소자:
W = CONH2 또는 COCH3임. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 액체 시험의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 시험 소자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 시험 스트립 형태인 시험 소자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 시험 소자를 포도당을 측정하기 위해 사용하는 방법.
- 하기 단계들을 포함하는 포도당 검출법:
(a) 공효소를 포함하는, 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 시험 소자와 시료를 접촉시키는 단계, 및
(b) 포도당을 검출하는 단계. - 제 8 항에 있어서, 포도당이 광도 측정 또는 형광 측정에 의해 검출됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 시료가 체액, 폐수 또는 식품인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
