Claims (20)
- 약 10 kg/hr/m 내지 약 200 kg/hr/m의 중합체의 총생산량으로 수득되는 피브릴화 중합체 용융 필름 생성물을 포함하고 섬유 직경 분포의 표준 편차가 약 0.5 ㎛ 미만인, 1 ㎛ 미만 직경의 섬유를 포함하는 섬유상 웹을 하나 이상 포함하며,
섬유상 웹은 ㎟ 당 평균 10 샷(shot) 입자 미만의 샷 양을 가지고, 평균 공극 직경이 약 15 ㎛ 미만이고, 여기서, 샷은 구형, 타원형 또는 이들의 조합형의, 가장 큰 치수가 10 ㎛ 내지 500 ㎛인 불연속의 중합체 덩어리를 포함하는 것인, 부직웹 생성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유상 웹의 1 ㎛ 미만 직경의 섬유는 섬유 직경 분포의 표준 편차가 약 0.3 ㎛ 미만의 것인 부직웹 생성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1 ㎛ 미만 직경의 섬유는 평균 섬유 직경이 약 0.1 ㎛ 내지 약 0.9 ㎛ 미만의 것인 부직웹 생성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1 ㎛ 미만 직경의 섬유를 35% 이상으로 포함하는 부직웹 생성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1 ㎛ 미만 직경의 섬유를 75% 이상으로 포함하는 부직웹 생성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1 ㎛ 미만 직경의 섬유를 95% 이상으로 포함하는 부직웹 생성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기본 중량이 약 0.01 gsm 내지 약 200 gsm인 부직웹 생성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 기본 중량이 약 0.1 gsm 내지 약 50 gsm인 부직웹 생성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1 ㎛ 미만 직경의 섬유가 폴리올레핀, 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드, 생분해성 중합체, 폴리우레탄, 폴리스티렌, 알키드 수지, 폴리-히드록시알칸산, 및 이들의 조합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 중합체로 이루어진 것인 부직웹 생성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체의 총생산량이 약 20 kg/hr/m 내지 약 70 kg/hr/m인 부직웹 생성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체의 총생산량이 약 25 kg/hr/m 내지 약 70 kg/hr/m인 부직웹 생성물.
- 제1항에 따른 부직웹 생성물을 하나 이상의 상이한 층과 조합하여 포함하는 제품.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 상이한 층이 스펀본드(spunbond) 층을 포함하는 것인 제품.
- 제12항에 있어서, 필터, 의료용 의복, 의료용 클렌징 와이프(wipe), 방수지(housewrap) 구조 물질, 붕대, 보호 의류, 배터리 분리기, 촉매 담체, 기저귀, 배변 연습용 팬츠, 성인용 요실금 패드, 월경용 제품, 예컨대 여성 생리대 및 팬티라이너, 탐폰, 개인 세정 용품, 개인 위생 용품, 및 개인 위생 와이프, 예컨대 아기용 와이프, 얼굴용 와이프, 신체용 와이프 및 여성용 와이프, 및 이들의 조합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 제품.
- 슬롯(slot)의 제1 및 제2 대향 벽 중 하나 이상의 가열된 벽에 있는 하나 이상의 개구부에서 끝나고, 상기 슬롯의 응집체 중합체의 총생산량이 약 10 kg/hr/m 내지 약 200 kg/hr/m인 하나 이상의 결합된 중합체 통로를 통해 하나 이상의 중합체 유체 스트림을 유동시켜 상기 각각의 개구부로부터 필름 형태로 각각 압출시켜, 압출된 중합체 필름을 가열된 벽 표면 상에 제공하는 단계; 및
각각의 압출된 중합체 필름을, 제1 및 제2 대향 벽 사이에 한정된 가스 통로 내에서 유동하는 가압된 가스 스트림과 합쳐서 상기 중합체 필름을 피브릴화시켜, 상기 가스 통로의 출구 말단으로부터 배출되는 1 ㎛ 미만 직경의 섬유를 포함하는 섬유를 형성함으로써, 1 ㎛ 미만 직경의 섬유를 포함하는 섬유상 웹을 형성하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 섬유상 웹의 1 ㎛ 미만 직경의 섬유는 섬유 직경 분포의 표준 편차가 약 0.5 ㎛ 미만이고, 섬유상 웹은 ㎟ 당 평균 10 샷 입자 미만의 샷 양을 가지고, 평균 공극 직경이 약 15 ㎛ 미만이며, 여기서, 샷은 구형, 타원형 또는 이들의 조합형의, 가장 큰 치수가 10 ㎛ 내지 500 ㎛인 불연속의 중합체 덩어리를 포함하는 것인,

상기 가스 통로는 가스가 공급 말단으로부터 들어가는 제1 상류 대역, 전이 구역, 및 가스가 출구 말단으로 유동하는 제2 하류 대역을 포함하고, 상기 전이 구역은 제1 대역과 제2 대역을 유동적으로 연결하고, 가스 통로는 상기 제2 대역의 출구 말단에서 끝나고, 상기 가스 통로의 제1 대역은 공급 말단에서부터 전이 구역까지 감소하는 횡단면을 갖고, 상기 가스 통로의 제2 대역은 전이 구역에서부터 제2 대역의 출구 말단까지 증가하는 횡단면을 가지고,
