Description

図1は、直接押出装置の1つの可能な態様を示す;
図2は、本発明による部品のコーティング方法を実施するための完全なストラクチャーを示す;および
図3は、押出ノズルのアレンジの詳細を示す。
本発明の好ましい態様は、以下を包含する。
〔1〕熱可塑性コンパウンドを120〜300℃の間の溶融温度で直接押出法によって定義されたプロファイルとして部品に塗布し、ここで、加熱前に、該コンパウンドは1.5〜5g/cm 3 の密度を有する顆粒の形態で存在することを特徴とする金属部品および/またはプラスチック部品の消音および/または遮音のための方法。
〔2〕部品は、家庭用品又は家庭用機械のために用いられ、又は家庭用品或いは家庭用機械の構成材であることを特徴とする、〔1〕に記載の方法。
〔3〕部品はシンク、バスタブ、シャワー洗面器又はシャワートレーであることを特徴とする、〔1〕に記載の方法。
〔4〕コーティングされるべき基材は、ステンレス鋼から、若しくは、PVCポリマー、ポリカーボネートポリマー、ポリプロピレンポリマー又はアクリロニトリル-ブタジエン-スチレン(ABS)ポリマーから、若しくは、ガラス繊維強化プラスチック(GFRP)から構成されることを特徴とする、〔1〕〜〔3〕のいずれかに記載の方法。
〔5〕熱可塑性コンパウンドは、エチレン酢酸ビニル(EVA)、ポリアミド、又はビチューメンであって無機塩が高度に充填されたものの混合物または集塊を、ポリアミドまたはポリオレフィンに基づくホットメルト接着剤と一緒に含むことを特徴とする、〔1〕〜〔4〕のいずれかに記載の方法。
〔6〕エチレン酢酸ビニル(EVA)、ポリアミド、又はビチューメンであって無機塩が高度に充填されたものに基づく熱可塑性コンパウンド顆粒は、ポリアミドまたはポリオレフィンに基づくホットメルト接着剤により塗布されていることを特徴とする、〔5〕に記載の方法。
〔7〕- 無機塩は硫酸バリウム、水酸化アルミニウム、および/または酸化鉄から選択され、および/または
- 前記コンパウンドは2.1〜4.5g/cm 3 の間の密度を有する、および/または
- 熱可塑性コンパウンドを180〜250℃の間の温度で塗布する
ことを特徴とする、〔1〕〜〔6〕のいずれかに記載の方法。
〔8〕充填剤入りの熱可塑性ポリマーおよびホットメルト接着剤は、押出前に混合される、又は、押出から上流で、個々の成分としてインラインで押出機に計量され、および押出機中でのみ混合されることを特徴とする、〔1〕〜〔7〕のいずれかに記載の方法。
〔9〕コーティングされるべき部品、およびノズルがその上に搭載された押出機ヘッドは、互いに対して相対運動を行い、
- その部品はそのまま残って、ノズルは移動し、又は
- その部品とノズルはいずれも移動し、又は
- ノズルは静止して、部品は移動する
ことを特徴とする、〔1〕〜〔8〕のいずれかに記載の方法。
〔10〕顆粒は重力によって又は空気的に、好ましくは連続的な重量的又は容積的な手段によって、直接押出法に供給されることを特徴とする、〔1〕〜〔9〕のいずれかに記載の方法。
〔11〕押出機はマニピュレーターまたはロボットアームに搭載されていることを特徴とする、〔1〕〜〔10〕のいずれかに記載の方法。
〔12〕コーティングされるべき基材は、コーティング前にレーザ放射、又は好ましくは動的な誘導手段によって定義された温度に調節されることを特徴とする、〔1〕〜〔11〕のいずれかに記載の方法。
Claims (12)
- 熱可塑性コンパウンドを120〜300℃の間の溶融温度で直接押出法によって定義されたプロファイルとして部品に塗布し、ここで、加熱前に、該熱可塑性コンパウンドは2.1〜5g/cm3の密度を有する顆粒の形態で存在し及び少なくとも60重量%の充填材含量を有することを特徴とする金属部品および/またはプラスチック部品の消音および/または遮音のための方法。
- 部品は、家庭用品又は家庭用機械のために用いられ、又は家庭用品或いは家庭用機械の構成材であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 部品はシンク、バスタブ、シャワー洗面器又はシャワートレーであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- コーティングされるべき基材は、ステンレス鋼から、若しくは、PVCポリマー、ポリカーボネートポリマー、ポリプロピレンポリマー又はアクリロニトリル-ブタジエン-スチレン(ABS)ポリマーから、若しくは、ガラス繊維強化プラスチック(GFRP)から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 熱可塑性コンパウンドは、エチレン酢酸ビニル(EVA)、ポリアミド、又はビチューメンであって無機塩が高度に充填されたものの混合物または集塊を、ポリアミドまたはポリオレフィンに基づくホットメルト接着剤と一緒に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- エチレン酢酸ビニル(EVA)、ポリアミド、又はビチューメンであって無機塩が高度に充填されたものに基づく熱可塑性コンパウンド顆粒は、ポリアミドまたはポリオレフィンに基づくホットメルト接着剤により塗布さていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- - 無機塩は硫酸バリウム、水酸化アルミニウム、および/または酸化鉄から選択され、および/または
- 熱可塑性コンパウンドは2.1〜4.5g/cm3の間の密度を有する、および/または
- 熱可塑性コンパウンドを180〜250℃の間の温度で塗布する
ことを特徴とする、請求項5〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 充填剤入りの熱可塑性ポリマーおよびホットメルト接着剤は、押出前に混合される、又は、押出から上流で、個々の成分としてインラインで押出機に計量され、および押出機中でのみ混合されることを特徴とする、請求項5〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。

- コーティングされるべき基材は、コーティング前にレーザ放射によって定義された温度に調節されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。
