Claims (10)
- (A)유리섬유 보강 폴리카보네이트 수지, (B)2종의 유기 실리콘계 화합물의 혼합물, (C)금속염계 난연제 및 (D)불소화 폴리올레핀계 수지로 구성되며, 상기 (B)2종의 유기 실리콘계 화합물의 혼합물은 (b1)실록산계 화합물 및 (b2)실리콘계 수지 조성물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유 보강 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (A)유리섬유 보강 폴리카보네이트 수지 100 중량부에 대하여, (b1)실록산계 화합물 및 (b2)실리콘계 수지 조성물로 구성되는 상기 (B)2종의 유기 실리콘계 화합물의 혼합물은 0.2 내지 1.5 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유 보강 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (A)유리섬유 보강 폴리카보네이트 수지 100 중량부에 대하여, 상기 (C)금속염계 난연제는 0.03 내지 0.5 중량부이고, 상기 (D)불소화 폴리올레핀계 수지는 0.1 내지 0.5 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유 보강 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (A)유리섬유 보강 폴리카보네이트 수지는 (a1)폴리카보네이트 수지 60 내지 95 중량% 및 (a2)유리섬유 5 내지 40 중량%로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유 보강 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (b1)실록산계 화합물은 폴리디메틸디페닐실록산(poly-dimethyl-diphenylene siloxane)인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유 보강 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (b2)실리콘계 수지 조성물은 메틸페닐 실리콘계 수지(methylphenyl silicone resin)인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유 보강 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (C)금속염계 난연제는 퍼플루오로부탄 설포네이트 칼륨(potassium perfluorobutane sulfonate) 또는 디페닐설폰설포네이트 칼륨(potassium diphenylsulfonesulfonate)인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유 보강 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1.5 mm 두께에서 V0의 UL94 가연성 등급인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유 보강 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물은 커플링제, 자외선 흡수제, 무기물 첨가제, 난연제, 활제, 가소제, 열안정제, 산화방지제, 광안정제, 안료, 염료, 이형제 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 첨가제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유 보강 열가소성 수지 조성물.
