Claims (4)
- 알루미나를 함유하는 골재 입자 100중량부를, 무기질 결합재 5?20중량부로 결합하여 이루어지는 알루미늄 용탕용(溶湯用) 여과 필터로서, 당해 결합재 중에, SiO2를 7?15wt%, B2O3를 40?60wt%, Al2O3를 5?30wt% 함유하고, 필터 중에, Na2O를 0.01?0.5wt%, K2O를 0.01?0.7wt%, CaO를 0.1?0.5wt% 함유하는 알루미늄 용탕용 여과 필터.
- 알루미나를 함유하는 골재 입자 100중량부를, 무기질 결합재 5?20중량부로 결합하여 이루어지는 알루미늄 용탕용 여과 필터로서, 당해 결합재에 생성되는 9Al2O3?2B2O3의 침상 결정의 평균 길이가 2㎛?20㎛이고, 또한, 길이 20㎛ 이상의 침상 결정의 비율이 5% 이하인 알루미늄 용탕용 여과 필터.
- 알루미나를 함유하는 골재 입자 100중량부를, 무기질 결합재 5?20중량부로 결합하여 이루어지는 알루미늄 용탕용 여과 필터로서, 당해 결합재 중에, SiO2를 7?15wt%, B2O3를 40?60wt%, Al2O3를 5?30wt%, Na2O를 0.01?0.5wt% 함유하고, 필터 중에 K2O를 0.01?0.5wt%, CaO를 0.1?0.5wt% 함유하며, 상기 결합재에 생성되는 9Al2O3?2B2O3의 침상 결정의 평균 길이가 2㎛?20㎛이고, 또한, 길이 20㎛ 이상의 침상 결정의 비율이 5% 이하인 알루미늄 용탕용 여과 필터.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
필터 소성 온도가 1100?1400℃인 알루미늄 용탕용 여과 필터.
