Claims (5)
- 직렬로 접속된 2개 이상의 배터리 모듈(1, 2)을 포함하는 배터리, 트랙션 배터리로서, 상기 배터리 모듈은 각각 제 1 배터리 모듈 극(1a, 2a), 제 2 배터리 모듈 극(1b, 2b) 및 그 사이에 접속된, 배터리 셀들(1c, 2c)의 하나 이상의 직렬 회로 및/또는 병렬 회로를 포함하고, 상기 배터리 모듈들(1, 2)의 직렬 회로의 제 1 단자(3)는 제 1 배터리 극(4)에 접속되고, 상기 배터리 모듈들(1, 2)의 직렬 회로의 제 2 단자(5)는 제 2 배터리 극(6)에 접속되는, 배터리에 있어서,
- 직렬로 접속된 2개 이상의 배터리 모듈(1, 2) 중 하나 이상의 배터리 모듈(1)이 제 1 분리 장치(1d), 제 2 분리 장치(1f) 및 브릿지 장치(1e)를 포함하는 제 1 배터리 모듈이고, 상기 제 1 분리 장치(1d)는 상응하는 작동시 배터리 셀들(1c)의 직렬 회로 및/또는 병렬 회로와 제 1 배터리 모듈 극(1a)과의 연결을 차단하고, 상기 제 2 분리 장치(1d)는 상응하는 작동시 배터리 셀들(1c)의 직렬 회로 및/또는 병렬 회로와 제 2 배터리 모듈 극(1b)과의 연결을 차단하고, 상기 제 1 배터리 모듈 극(1a)과 상기 제 2 배터리 모듈 극(1b) 사이에 접속된 브릿지 장치(1e)를 통해, 상응하는 작동시 제 1 배터리 모듈 극(1a)과 제 2 배터리 모듈 극(1b)이 단락되고 및/또는
- 직렬로 접속된 2개 이상의 배터리 모듈들(1, 2) 중 하나 이상의 배터리 모듈(2)은 하나 이상의 충전 및 분리 장치(2d), 분리 장치(2f) 및 브릿지 장치(2e)를 포함하는 제 2 배터리 모듈(2)이며, 상기 하나 이상의 충전 및 분리 장치(2d)는 상응하는 작동시 배터리 셀들(2c)의 직렬 회로 및/또는 병렬 회로와 제 1 배터리 모듈 극(2a)과의 연결을 차단하고 배터리 모듈(2) 또는 배터리 모듈(2)을 포함하는 배터리의 접속시 나타나는 충전 및 보상 전류를 제한하고, 상기 분리 장치(2f)는 상응하는 작동시 배터리 셀들(2c)의 직렬 회로 및/또는 병렬 회로와 제 2 배터리 모듈 극(2b)과의 연결을 차단하고, 상기 제 1 배터리 모듈 극(2a)과 상기 제 2 배터리 모듈 극(2b) 사이에 접속된 브릿지 장치(2e)를 통해, 상응하는 작동시 상기 제 1 배터리 모듈 극(2a)과 상기 제 2 배터리 모듈 극(2b)이 단락되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 배터리 모듈(1, 2)의 직렬 회로의 상기 제 1 단자(3)와 상기 제 1 배터리 극(4) 사이에 접속된 및/또는 상기 배터리 모듈(1, 2)의 직렬 회로의 상기 제 2 단자(5)와 상기 제 2 배터리 극(6) 사이에 접속된 충전 장치(7)가 제공되고, 상기 배터리는 제 1 배터리 모듈(1)만을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 배터리는 제 2 배터리 모듈(2)만을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 배터리는 n개의 배터리 모듈(1, 2)을 포함하고, 2개의 제 2 배터리 모듈(2)과 n-2개의 제 1 배터리 모듈(1)이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 브릿지 장치(1e, 2e)는 상기 배터리 셀들(1c, 2c)의 직렬 회로 및/또는 병렬 회로와 상기 제 1 배터리 모듈 극(1a)과의 연결의 차단 및 상기 배터리 셀들(1c)의 직렬 회로 및/또는 병렬 회로와 상기 제 2 배터리 모듈 극(1b)과의 연결의 차단이 야기될 때만 상기 제 1 배터리 모듈 극(1a)과 상기 제 2 배터리 모듈 극(1b)의 단락을 야기할 수 있도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
