Claims (3)
- 미리 설정된 주파수 및 전압 레벨을 가지는 톱니파를 발생하는 톱니파 발생부;메인 제어부로부터 입력되는 전압 지령신호를 아날로그 기준전압으로 변환하는 아날로그 기준전압 변환부;상기 톱니파와 상기 아날로그 기준전압의 전압 레벨을 비교하여 PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) 신호를 발생하는 비교부;상기 PWM 신호의 펄스 폭을 판단하는 펄스 폭 판단부; 및상기 펄스 폭 판단부의 판단에 따라 PWM 신호의 펄스 폭을 조절하는 PWM 신호 출력부;를 포함하는 고압 인버터의 과전압 보호장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 PWM 신호 출력부는;상기 PWM 신호의 펄스 폭이 미리 설정된 시간 이상일 경우에 상기 PWM 신호를 그대로 출력하고, 상기 PWM 신호의 펄스 폭이 미리 설정된 시간 미만일 경우에 상기 PWM 신호의 펄스 폭을 상기 미리 설정된 시간의 폭을 가지도록 조절하여 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 인버터의 과전압 보호장치.
- 메인 제어부가 디지털 신호로 제공하는 전압 지령신호를 아날로그 기준전압으로 변환하는 단계;상기 아날로그 기준전압을 미리 설정된 전압레벨 및 주파수를 가지는 톱니파와 비교하여 PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) 신호를 발생하는 단계;상기 PWM 신호의 펄스 폭을 판단하는 단계;상기 PWM 신호의 펄스 폭이 미리 설정된 시간 미만일 경우에 상기 PWM 신호의 펄스 폭을 미리 설정된 시간 폭을 가지도록 변환하는 단계;를 포함하는 고압 인버터의 과전압 보호방법.
