도 2는 마그네슘이 없고 3.3%의 구리를 함유한 AlSi7Cu3.5MnVZrTi 합금에 대한 동일한 곡선을 도시하고,
도 3은 마그네슘이 없고 3.8%의 구리를 함유한 AlSi7Cu3.5MnVZrTi 합금에 대한 동일한 곡선을 도시하며,
도 4는 가공성에 대한 특성을 밝히기 위해 "실시예" 부분에서 실행된 드릴링 테스트 중에 칩 파쇄의 표기에 고려되는 유럽 표준 NFE66-520-8의 발췌부를 도시한다. 본 명세서에서 이용된 표기는 1.1: "휘슬 형상의 기본적 파쇄(whistle-shaped elementary-fragmented", 6.2 : "짧은 나선형(short helical)", 및 6.3 : "절반 길이 나선형(half-length helical)".
Claims (23)
- 알루미늄 합금으로 이루어지는, 정적 기계적 강도, 피로 강도 및 고온 크리프, 특히 300℃에서의 크리프 강도가 높은 주조 부품으로서,
알루미늄 합금의 화학적 조성은 중량 백분율로 나타낼 때에,
Si : 3% 내지 11%;
Fe : < 0.50%;
Cu : 2.0% 내지 5.0%;
Mn : 0.05% 내지 0.50%;
Mg : 0.10% 내지 0.25%;
Zn : < 0.30%;
Ni : < 0.30%;
V : 0.05% 내지 0.21%;
Zr : 0.05% 내지 0.25%;
Ti : 0.01% 내지 0.25%;
어쩌면, Sr(30ppm 내지 500ppm), Na(20ppm 내지 100ppm) 및 Ca(30ppm 내지 120ppm)으로부터 선택되는 공정 조직을 개질(modifying)하기 위한 원소 또는 공정 조직을 미세화(refining)하기 위한 원소로서 Sb(0.05% 내지 0.25%);
각각은 < 0.05%이고 총합은 < 0.15%인 기타 원소; 및
잔부로서 알루미늄

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 마그네슘 함량은 0.10% 내지 0.25%인 것인 알루미늄 합금 주조 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 바나듐의 함량은 0.08% 내지 0.20%인 것인 알루미늄 합금 주조 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 철의 함량은 0.30% 미만인 것인 알루미늄 합금 주조 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 구리의 함량은 2.5% 내지 4.2%인 것인 알루미늄 합금 주조 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 망간의 함량은 0.08% 내지 0.20%인 것인 알루미늄 합금 주조 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아연의 함량은 0.10%미만인 것인 알루미늄 합금 주조 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 니켈의 함량은 0.10%미만인 것인 알루미늄 합금 주조 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지르코늄의 함량은 0.08% 내지 0.20%인 것인 알루미늄 합금 주조 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 티타늄의 함량은 0.05% 내지 0.20%인 것인 알루미늄 합금 주조 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 철의 함량은 0.19%미만인 것인 알루미늄 합금 주조 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 철의 함량은 0.12%미만인 것인 알루미늄 합금 주조 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 구리의 함량은 3.0% 내지 4.0%인 것인 알루미늄 합금 주조 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 바나듐의 함량은 0.10% 내지 0.19%인 것인 알루미늄 합금 주조 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, T7 또는 T6 타입의 열처리를 받는 것인 알루미늄 합금 주조 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 500℃ 내지 513℃ 범위의 온도에서 적어도 30분 동안의 고용화 열처리를 포함하는 T7 또는 T6 타입의 열처리를 받는 것인 알루미늄 합금 주조 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알루미늄 합금 주조 부품은 내연 기관용 실린더 헤드인 것인 알루미늄 합금 주조 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알루미늄 주조 부품은 소정 주조 부품의 고온 부분의 인서트인 것인 알루미늄 합금 주조 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, T7 또는 T6 타입의 열처리를 받는 것인 알루미늄 합금 주조 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 500℃ 내지 513℃ 범위의 온도에서 적어도 30분 동안의 고용화 열처리를 포함하는 T7 또는 T6 타입의 열처리를 받는 것인 알루미늄 합금 주조 부품.
