Description
Claims (12)
- 몸체;상기 몸체 내에 안착되는 발광다이오드;상기 몸체 내에 배치되어 상기 발광다이오드와 전기적으로 연결되는 복수의 전극; 및상기 몸체 내에 수납되어 상기 발광다이오드와 열적으로 연결되며, 상기 몸체의 배면으로 노출되는 복수개의 방열핀을 갖는 방열부를 포함하는 발광소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 방열부는,상기 발광다이오드를 고정 지지하는 지지부와;상기 지지부와 연결되어 상기 몸체의 배면에 노출되는 상기 복수개의 방열핀을 갖는 방열확장부를 포함하는 발광소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 방열부는 금속 재질 또는 수지 재질 중 적어도 어느 하나로 형성된 발광소자.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 방열핀은,판형상과 원기둥 형상 중 적어도 어느 하나로 형성되는 발광소자.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 방열확장부는 상기 몸체에 수납 가능한 영역 내에서 상기 지지부보다 넓은 영역에 형성되는 발광소자.
- 몸체와, 상기 몸체 내에 안착되는 발광다이오드와, 상기 몸체 내에 배치되어 상기 발광다이오드와 전기적으로 연결되는 복수의 전극과, 상기 몸체 내에 수납되어 상기 발광다이오드와 열적으로 연결되며, 상기 몸체의 배면으로 노출되는 복수개의 방열핀을 갖는 방열부를 포함하는 발광소자; 및상기 발광소자가 탑재된 기판을 포함하는 라이트 유닛.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 기판은,금속층;상기 금속층 상에 형성된 절연층;상기 절연층 상에 형성된 회로패턴을 포함하는 라이트 유닛.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 복수개의 방열핀을 상기 회로패턴에 고정시키는 솔더를 포함하는 라이트 유닛.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 절연층은 적어도 일 영역이 선택적으로 제거되어 상기 금속층이 노출되는 노출홈을 포함하며;상기 발광소자의 방열핀은 상기 노출홈을 통해 상기 금속층에 고정되는 라이트 유닛.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 발광소자의 상기 복수의 전극은 상기 회로패턴과 접속되는 라이트 유닛.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 방열부는 금속 재질 또는 수지 재질 중 적어도 어느 하나로 형성되는 라이트 유닛.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 방열핀은, 판형상과 원기둥 형상 중 적어도 어느 하나로 형성되는 라이트 유닛.
