Abstract
(해결수단) 크립톤 가스와 옥소 가스를 포함하는 방전 가스가 봉입된 방전 용기와, 상기 방전 용기의 내부에 형성된 방전 공간을 사이에 두고 대향하도록 배치된 한 쌍의 전극을 구비하고, 여기 옥소 분자를 형성함으로써 파장 342nm의 자외광을 방사하는 램프로서, 상기 방전 가스에 포함되는 옥소 가스의 농도가 0.04~0.9%임과 더불어, 상기 방전 공간에 인가되는 전계 강도를 E(kV/cm), 상기 희가스의 분압을 p1(kPa), 상기 옥소 가스의 분압을 p2(kPa)로 했을 때, 다음 식의 관계가 성립하는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프.

Claims (6)
- 크립톤 가스, 아르곤 가스로부터 선택되는 1종류 이상의 희가스와 옥소 가스를 포함하는 방전 가스가 봉입된 방전 용기와, 상기 방전 용기의 내부에 형성된 방전 공간을 사이에 두고 대향하도록 배치된 한 쌍의 전극을 구비하고, 여기(勵起) 옥소 분자를 형성함으로써 파장 342nm의 자외광을 방사하는 램프로서,
상기 방전 공간에는, 상기 방전 공간의 전체에 걸쳐 방전이 발생하고 있는 것과 같은 상태의 확산 방전과, 상기 확산 방전에 비해 공간적으로 수축한 띠모양의 형상을 가지는 필라멘트 방전의 쌍방이 혼재해 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프. - 크립톤 가스 및 아르곤 가스를 혼합한 혼합 가스 및 옥소 가스를 포함하는 방전 가스가 봉입된 방전 용기와, 상기 방전 용기의 내부에 형성된 방전 공간을 사이에 두고 대향하도록 배치된 한 쌍의 전극을 구비하고, 여기 옥소 분자를 형성함으로써 파장 342nm의 자외광을 방사하는 램프로서,
상기 방전 가스에 포함되는 옥소 가스의 농도가 0.04~0.9%임과 더불어, 상기 방전 공간에 인가되는 전계 강도를 E(kV/cm), 상기 희가스의 분압을 p1(kPa), 상기 옥소 가스의 분압을 p2(kPa)로 했을 때, 다음 식의 관계가 성립하는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 방전 가스의 전체압력이 100kPa 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 램프. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 램프에 공급되는 점등 주파수가 1~120kHz인 것을 특징으로 하는 램프.
