Claims (11)
- 편광자를 갖는 광학 부재를 점착제를 개재하여 기판에 접합하여 광학 표시 유닛을 형성하는 데 사용되는 긴 시트 제품이며,
상기 광학 부재와,
상기 광학 부재의 한쪽 표면에 상기 점착제를 개재하여 형성되는 이형 필름을 갖고,
외력이 작용하고 있지 않은 상태에 있어서, 상기 긴 방향으로 상기 이형 필름을 내측으로 하여 만곡하는 구성인 시트 제품. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 긴 방향과 평행하게 세로 29.7cm, 당해 긴 방향과 직교하는 방향으로 가로 21.0cm의 크기로 시트 제품을 절단하여 이루어지는 시료를, 아래로 볼록 형상으로 만곡하도록 평면에 정치시킨 경우의, 당해 평면으로부터 당해 시료 단부까지의 높이인 만곡량이 5mm 내지 100mm인 시트 제품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이형 필름을 내측으로 하여 권회되어 있는 시트 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 광학 부재가, 상기 편광자의 한쪽 면측에 형성되는 제1 필름과, 당해 편광자의 그 다른 면측에 형성되는 제2 필름과, 당해 제2 필름에 형성되는 점착제를 갖고,
상기 점착제를 개재하여 상기 이형 필름이 형성되고, 또한, 상기 제1 필름의 긴 방향의 치수 변화율이, 상기 제2 필름의 긴 방향의 치수 변화율보다도 작은 시트 제품. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 긴 시트 제품을 권회하여 이루어지는 롤 원재료.
- 편광자를 갖는 광학 부재를 점착제를 개재하여 기판에 접합하여 광학 표시 유닛을 제조하는 광학 표시 유닛의 제조 방법이며,
상기 광학 부재의 한쪽 표면에 상기 점착제를 개재하여 형성되는 이형 필름을 갖는 긴 시트 제품이 권회된 롤 원재료로부터, 당해 시트 제품을 풀어내어, 절단 수단을 이용하여, 상기 이형 필름을 남기고 당해 시트 제품을 절단하는 절단 공정과,
상기 이형 필름을 제거하면서, 시트 제품을 상기 점착제를 개재하여 상기 기판에 접합하는 접합 공정을 갖고,
상기 시트 제품이, 외력이 작용하고 있지 않은 상태에 있어서, 그 긴 방향으로 상기 이형 필름을 내측으로 하여 만곡하는 구성인 광학 표시 유닛의 제조 방법. - 제6항에 있어서, 상기 시트 제품의 긴 방향과 평행하게 세로 29.7cm, 당해 긴 방향과 직교하는 방향을 가로 21.0cm의 크기로 상기 시트 제품을 절단하여 이루어지는 시료를, 아래로 볼록 형상으로 만곡하도록 평면에 정치시킨 경우의, 당해 평면으로부터 당해 시료 단부까지의 높이인 만곡량이 5mm 내지 100mm인 광학 표시 유닛의 제조 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 롤 원재료가, 상기 시트 제품의 이형 필름을 내측으로 하여 권회되어 있는 광학 표시 유닛의 제조 방법.
- 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 광학 부재가, 상기 편광자의 한쪽 면측에 형성되는 제1 필름과, 당해 편광자의 그 다른 면측에 형성되는 제2 필름과, 당해 제2 필름에 형성되는 점착제를 갖고,
상기 점착제를 개재하여 상기 이형 필름이 형성되고, 또한, 상기 제1 필름의 긴 방향의 치수 변화율이, 상기 제2 필름의 긴 방향의 치수 변화율보다도 작은 광학 표시 유닛의 제조 방법. - 편광자를 갖는 광학 부재를 점착제를 개재하여 기판에 접합하여 광학 표시 유닛을 제조하는 광학 표시 유닛의 제조 방법이며,
상기 광학 부재의 한쪽 표면에 상기 점착제를 개재하여 형성되는 이형 필름을 갖는 긴 시트 제품이 권회된 롤 원재료로부터, 당해 시트 제품을 풀어내어, 당해 시트 제품의 이형 필름면과는 상이한 면에, 캐리어 필름을 접합하는 캐리어 필름 접합 공정과,
절단 수단을 이용하여, 상기 캐리어 필름을 남기고, 상기 시트 제품을 절단하는 절단 공정과,
상기 시트 제품으로부터 상기 이형 필름을 박리 수단으로 박리하고, 상기 캐리어 필름을 박리하면서, 당해 시트 제품을, 상기 점착제를 개재하여 상기 기판에 접합하는 접합 공정을 갖고,
상기 시트 제품이, 외력이 작용하고 있지 않은 상태에 있어서, 그 긴 방향으로 상기 이형 필름을 외측으로 하여 만곡하는 구성인 광학 표시 유닛의 제조 방법. - 편광자를 갖는 광학 부재를 점착제를 개재하여 기판에 접합하여 광학 표시 유닛을 제조하는 광학 표시 유닛의 제조 방법이며,
상기 광학 부재의 한쪽 표면에 상기 점착제를 개재하여 형성되는 이형 필름과, 당해 이형 필름면과 상이한 면에 형성되는 표면 보호 부재를 갖는 긴 시트 제품이 권회된 롤 원재료로부터, 당해 시트 제품을 풀어내어, 상기 표면 보호 부재를 남기고, 절단 수단으로 당해 시트 제품을 절단하는 절단 공정과,
상기 시트 제품으로부터 상기 이형 필름을 박리 수단으로 박리하고, 당해 시트 제품을, 상기 점착제를 개재하여 상기 기판에 접합하는 접합 공정과,
상기 표면 보호 부재를 절단하는 절단 공정을 갖고,
상기 시트 제품이, 외력이 작용하고 있지 않은 상태에 있어서, 그 긴 방향으로 상기 이형 필름을 외측으로 하여 만곡하는 구성인 광학 표시 유닛의 제조 방법.
