Abstract
암 및 혈관 신생의 치료적 처치에 대한 신규한 방법이 개시되어 있다. 효소 Ape1/Ref-1은, 그의 산화환원 기능을 통해서, 암의 진행과 연관되는 전사 인자의 DNA 결합 활성을 증대시킨다. 본 발명은 Ape1/Ref-1의 산화환원 기능을 선택적으로 억제함으로써, 종양 세포 성장, 생존, 이동 및 전이를 저감시키는 제제의 용도에 관한 것이다. 또한, Ape1/Ref-1 억제 작용은 다른 치료제의 치료 효과를 증가시키고 독성에 대하여 정상 세포를 보호하는 것으로 판명되어 있다. 또, Ape1/Ref-1 억제는 암뿐만 아니라 변성된 혈관 신생이 하나의 구성요소인 다른 병리학적 병상에서도 이용하기 위하여, 혈관 신생을 저감시키는 것으로 판명되어 있다.

발명의 기술분야
본 발명은 일반적으로 분자 생물학, 생화학 및 병리학의 분야에 관한 것이다. 더욱 구체적으로는, 특정 측면에 있어서, 본 발명은 암의 치료에서의, 그리고 혈관신생(angiogenesis)의 억제를 위한 Ape1/Ref-1 산화환원 억제제의 용도에 관한 것이다.
산화환원 효과기 인자(redox effector factor)(Ref-1)로도 공지된 Ape1(Apurinic/apyrimidic endonuclease)(이하 "Ape1/Ref-1"이라 약칭함)은 이중 역할을 지닌 효소이다. Ape1/Ref-1은, 그의 DNA 염기 절제 수선(BER: base excision repair) 활성에 부가해서, 활성 환원 상태에서 전사 인자를 유지하는 산화환원 효과기로서도 기능한다(도 1 참조).
Ape1/Ref-1은 HIF-1α; NFκβ, AP-1 및 p53 등의 수개의 전사 인자, 및 종양 생존 및 진행과 관련된 기타 공지 및 미지의 것의 DNA 결합 활성을 자극시키는 것으로 판명되었다(Evans et al., Mutat Res 2000, 461, 83). 혈관신생은 암 성장, 생존, 이동 및 전이의 중요한 구성요소이다. 암성 종양(cancerous tumor) 부위에 새로운 혈관의 형성은 종양 세포용의 통로뿐만 아니라 가속된 종양 성장과 발현용의 영양분의 공급원을 제공하여, 혈류로 들어가 신체의 다른 부분으로 퍼지게 된다. 이와 같이 해서, 혈관신생의 효과적인 억제는 암의 성장과 확산을 지연시키거나 예방하는 유용한 기전이다. Ape1/Ref-1 활성의 증가는 혈관신생과 연관되어 왔다. 혈관 내피세포 성장인자(VEGF: vascular endothelial grow factor)는 혈관형성(vasculogenesis)과 혈관신생의 양쪽 모두에 관여되는 중요한 신호 단백질이다. Ape1/Ref-1은 VEGF 유전자의 저산소 반응 요소 상에 형성된 저산소증 유발성 전사 복합체의 구성요소이다(Ziel et al., Faseb J 2004, 18, 986).
암 이외에도, 변성된 혈관신생은 특히 심혈관 질환, 만성 염증성 질환, 류머티스성 관절염, 당뇨망막병증, 퇴행성 황반병증, 수정체후방 섬유증식증(retrolental fibroplasias), 특발성 폐섬유화증, 급성 호흡곤란 증후군, 천식, 자궁내막증, 건선, 켈로이드증 및 전신 경화증과 관련된 생리학적 병상에 기여한다. 혈관신생의 억제는 과도한 혈관신생을 포함하는 질환을 개선하거나 예방하기 위한 바람직한 임상적 성과이다.
Ape1/Ref-1의 산화환원 기능의 표적화된 억제는 암 및 혈관신생의 치료에 대한 신규한 접근법이다. 본 발명의 목적은 Ape1/Ref-1의 산화환원 기능을 억제하는 항암 치료제의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 다른 목적은 Ape1/Ref-1의 산화환원 기능을 억제하는 항혈관신생제에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 일 측면에 의하면, 변성된 혈관신생(altered angiogenesis)과 연관된 생리적 장애를 억제하는 방법으로서, Ape1/Ref-1의 산화환원 기능을 선택적으로 억제하는 제제의 유효량을, 이를 필요로 하는 대상체에게 투여하는 단계를 포함하는, 생리적 장애의 억제방법이 제공된다.

본 발명은 Ape1/Ref-1의 산화환원 기능을 선택적으로 억제하는 항암제 및 항혈관신생제의 이용에 관한 것이다. 이러한 선택적인 억제는 특별한 억제, 또는 즉, Ape1/Ref-1의 BER 기능에 대한 상당한 효과가 없는 경우뿐만 아니라, BER 기능에 비해서 산화환원 기능에 대해 그러한 현저한 효과가 있는 경우를 포함한다. 또, 본 발명에 의하면, 이러한 제제의 추가의 화학요법제/치료제와의 병용도 망라한다. 기타 제제는 Ape1/Ref-1의 산화환원 기능을 선택적으로 억제하는 제제의 것과는 상이한 방식으로 대상체에 작용하는 것이 바람직하다.
변성된 혈관신생과 연관된 생리적 장애는 부적절한 혈관신생과 연관된 질환들을 망라하며, 이것은 대상체에 대해서 직접적으로 혹은 간접적으로 유해하다. 변성된 혈관신생은 특히 암(성장, 생존, 이동, 미세환경(microenvironment) 및 전이를 포함), 및 심혈관 질환, 만성 염증성 질환, 류머티스성 관절염, 당뇨망막병증, 퇴행성 황반병증, 수정체후방 섬유증식증, 특발성 폐섬유화증, 급성 호흡곤란 증후군, 천식, 자궁내막증, 건선, 켈로이드증, 및 전신 경화증에 관한 병리학적 병상에 기여한다.
"대상체"(subject)란 용어는 척추 동물을 포함하며, 바람직하게는 인간 대상체이다. "억제하다"(inhibit)란 용어 및 그의 파생어는 그의 일반적으로 허용되는 의미를 포함하는 것으로, 즉, 진행 혹은 중증도를 금지, 예방, 규제, 및 지연, 중지 혹은 역전시키는 것을 포함한다. 이와 같이 해서, 본 방법은 적절하게는 의료적 치료 및 예방적 투여의 양쪽 모두를 포함한다. 그와 같이, 여기서는 치료적 용도와 관련해서, 이를 필요로 하는 대상체는 의료적 중재를 필요로 하거나 요망하도록 확인된 것이다. 유효량은 본 명세서에 기재된 병리학적 질환 및 장애를 억제하는데 필요한 제제의 양이다. 적어도 하나의 추가의 치료제가 대상체에게 투여될 경우, 이러한 치료제는 해당 치료제의 유익을 얻기 위하여 순차로, 동반하여 혹은 동시에 투여될 수 있다.

내피 세포 증식의 억제 . 약 10 내지 100μM의 E3330은 염기성 섬유모세포 성장인자(bFGF)로 혹은 해당 인자 없이 처치된 세포에서 망막 내피세포 증식을 억제시켰다. 젊은 성인 마우스 망막 조직을 절개해서 분해시켰다. 세포들은 24-웰 플레이트에서 평판 배양하여, 컨플루언스(confluence)까지 성장시키고 나서, 검정용의 96-웰 플레이트에 접종하였다. 접종 3일 후, MTS 계측기(프로메가사(Promega) 제품)에 의해 세포의 총 수를 검정하였다. 증식 속도는 제조사의 지시에 따라 산출하였다. 상이한 군으로부터의 REC의 증식은 통계학적 유의성에 대해서 견줄만하였다. E3330 10 내지 100μM은 망막 혈관 내피 세포(RVEC)의 세포 증식을 저감시켰다(도 11). 기초 배지에 있어서, E3330은 시험된 4가지 농도 모두, 10 μM-57%, 25 μM-93%에서 REVC 세포 증식을 억제하였다(p < 0.01). REC 증식은 bFGF가 상기 배지에 첨가된 경우 유의하게 상승되었다. 마찬가지 저해 효과가 E3330의 10 μM, 25 μM 및 보다 높은 농도에서 bFGF 배지에서도 관찰되었다.
시험관내 관 형성 검정 . 또한, 시험관내 관 형성을 관찰하는 검정에 있어서, 아바스틴(Avastin)과 같이, E3330이 용량 의존적인 방식으로 내피 세포 중에서 혈관 유사 관의 형성을 방지한 것이 관찰되었다. 그 검정에서, 아바스틴과 E3330의 병용은 어느 한쪽의 단독 이용보다 상승작용적으로 더욱 효과적인 것도 관찰되었다.
vldlr -/- 녹아웃 마우스 검정 에서의 SNV . E3330 유리체내(intravitreal) 처치는 vldlr-/- 망막에서의 망막하 혈관신생(SNV: subretinal neovascularization)의 개수를 상당히 저하시킨 것이 관찰되었다. 초저밀도 지질단백질 수용체(vldr: very-low-density lipoprotein receptor) 녹아웃(knockout) 마우스 중에서 실험을 수행하여, vldlr-/- 돌연변이체에서의 SNV 발현의 억제에 대한 E3330의 효과를 결정하였다. 각 동물에는 비히클 대조군으로서 BSS 1 ㎕ 체적의 단일 유리체내 주입을 행하였고, 상대의 눈에는 1 ㎕의 200μM E3330을 주입하였다. E3330의 최종 농도는 망막 중에 대략 20 μM에 가까웠다. 감소된 암 세포 생존 . MCF-7 세포 또는 OVCAR-3 세포(약 2 내지 4,000)를 96-웰 플레이트의 각 웰에 3가지로 균등분배하고 밤새 유착되도록 방치하였다. 다른 실시형태에 있어서, 본 발명은 Ape1/Ref-1의 산화환원 기능을 억제하는 제제의 다른 치료제와의 병용에 관한 것이다. 이러한 치료제로는 멜팔란, 겜시타빈, 시스플라틴, 메톡시아민, 탈리도마이드 및 그의 유도체, 및 레티노산(RA)을 들 수 있지만, 이들로 제한되는 것은 아니다. 선택적인 Ape1/Ref-1 억제는 다른 치료제와 상승작용적으로 작용하여 항암 효능을 증가시킬 수 있다. 따라서, 병을 유발하고 보다 고용량에서 정상 세포에 대해서 독성인 치료제의 보다 낮은 용량이, 항암 효능의 저감없이 투여될 수 있다. Ape1/Ref-1의 산화환원 기능을 선택적으로 억제하는 제제의 이용은 시스플라틴 및 기타 화학독성 화합물의 효과에 대항해서 정상 세포에 대한 보호를 제공할 수 있다. 이하의 실시예는 단지 예시적인 목적을 위한 것일 뿐, 본 발명의 범위를 제한하기 위해 의도된 것은 아니다.
E3330 의 화학요법제 멜팔란과의 병용 . E3330의 화학요법제 멜팔란과의 병용은 다발 골수종 세포의 사멸을 상승작용적으로 증대시켰다(도 14). 상승작용적 그래프는 CalcuSyn 소프트웨어를 이용해서 제작하였다. E3330은 단독으로 혹은 멜팔란과 병용해서 부여되었다. DNA 이중쇄 절단(DSBs: double stranded breaks)의 지표로서, Ser139에서의 히스톤(histone) H2AX의 인산화는 업스테이트 셀 시그널링 솔루션즈사(Upstate Cell Signaling Solutions)(메릴랜드주의 월섬(Waltham)시에 소재)로부터의 인산화-전용 H2AX 항체를 이용해서 측정하였다. 세포는 멜팔란 단독 혹은 멜팔란 + E3330으로 처치하였다. 약물 처치 후, 기하급수적으로 성장하는 세포를 수확하고 냉 PBS에서 세척하고, 전술한 바와 같은 약 100 ㎕ RIPA 검정 완충제 중에서 용해시켰다. 단백질을 정량화하고, 12% SDS-폴리아크릴아마이드 겔 상에서 SDS 겔-반입 완충제 중에서 전기영동시켰다. 마우스 모노클로날 항-포스포-히스톤 H2AX(약 1:1000) 또는 항액틴 항체(anti-actin antibody)(약 1:1000; 반입 대조군으로서, 캘리포니아주 프리몬트시 랩 비젼 코포레이션(Lab Vision Corp.), 네오마커스사(NeoMarkers) 제품)를 이용해서 앞서 기재된 바와 같이 단백질 레벨에 대해서 프로브하였다. 로쉐 어플라이드 바이오사이언스사(Roche Applied Biosciences)(인디애나주의 인디애나폴리스에 소재함)로부터의 화학발광 키트를 이용해서 주파수 대역(band)을 검출하였다. 이 주파수 대역은 바이오-라드 케미독 XRS(Bio-Rad Chemidoc XRS)(캘리포니아주의 헤르쿨레스시에 소재함)를 이용해서 가시화하고, 케미독 소프트웨어인 퀀터티 원 4.6.1(Chemidoc software, Quantity One 4.6.1)을 이용해서 정량화하였다. 멜팔란 단독에 비해서 멜팔란 + E3330(RN3-3)에서 DSB의 증가가 있다.
E3330(RN3-3)은 화학요법제 멜팔란과 병용해서 적용되었고, 이것은 72시간 후 MTS 검정에서 다발 골수종 세포의 사멸을 상승작용적으로 증대시키는 것으로 판명되었다(도 15). E3330(RN3-3)은 단독으로 혹은 멜팔란과 병용해서 부여되었고, ED50은 추-탈라레이 알고리즘(Chou-Talalay algorithm)(Chou-Talalay; Advances in Enzyme Regulation 22, 27-55)에 기초한 CalcuSyn 소프트웨어를 그대로 퍼센트 대조군에 대해서 그래프화하였다. 멜팔란 + E3330(RN3-3)은 어느 한쪽 제제 단독보다 더욱 효과적이다.
E3330 의 화학요법제 겜시타빈과의 병용 . E3330은 췌장 종양 세포에서 겜시타빈(약 0.25 μM)의 세포자멸사 유발 효과를 증대시켰다(도 16). 세포의 세포자멸사에 대해서 분석하기 위하여, 세포를 평판 배양하고 하룻밤 유착하도록 방치하였다. 해당 세포를 E3330 단독으로 혹은 겜시타빈과 함께 처치하였다. 세포자멸사는 처치 이후 약 24시간 및 48시간에 검정되었다. 세포를 트립신화하고, 펠릿화하고 나서, 빙냉 PBS 중에 세척하고, 1×결합 완충제[약 10 mmol/ℓ HEPES/NaOH(pH 7.4), 140 mmol/ℓ NaCl, 2.5 mmol/ℓ CaCl2] 중에 재현탁시켰다. 세포자멸사는, 이전 문헌(Clinical Cancer Research 13, 260-267, January 1, 2007)에 기재된 바와 같이 요오드화프로피듐(propidium iodide)과 병용한 비브란트 세포자멸사 검정 키트(Vybrant Apoptosis Assay kit)(오레곤주의 유진시에 소재한 몰리큘러 프로브스사(Molecular Probes) 제품)로부터 알렉사 플루오르 488 아넥신 V(Alexa Fluor 488 Annexin V)를 이용해서 분석하였다. 강력하게 아넥신 양성이었던 세포는 세포자멸사에 대해서 양성인 것으로 여겨졌다. 샘플들은 인디아나 대학 암센터 흐름 세포측정 설비(Indiana University Cancer Center flow cytometry facility)에서 흐름 세포측정법에 의해 분석하였다.
E3330 의 화학요법제 시스플라틴과의 병용 . 약 120μM로 높은 E3330의 농도는, MTS 세포 생존성 검정에 의해 측정한 바, 약 72시간까지 배양시 성장하는 래트 후근 신경절 세포(rat dorsal root ganglion cells)의 생존을 저해하지 않았다(도 17). 비분할 세포에 대한 E3330(RN3-3)의 비독성 효과를 나타내는, 유사분열후 DRG 세포에 대한 E3330(RN3-3)의 효과는 없었다.
DRG 세포 배양 및 처치는 단지 E3330을 단독으로 이용해서 이전에 발행된 문헌(DNA Repair Volume 4, Issue 3, 2 March 2005, pp 367-379)에 기재된 절차와 마찬가지로 수행하였다. 또, E3330은 래트 후근 신경절 세포에 투여된 경우 화학요법제 시스플라틴의 신경독성 효과에 대한 보호를 제공하였다(도 18). 이것은 E3330(RN3-3)이 몇몇 화학요법제를 증강시키는 한편, 화학요법제의 존재에서도 비분할, 유사분열후 세포(예를 들어, DRG 세포)에 대한 보호 효과를 지니는 것을 입증한다.
E3330 의 레티노산과의 병용 . E3330은 세포 분화 촉진에 대한 레티노산의 효과를 증대시켰다(도 23). HL-60 세포는 비히클(EtOH; 대조군), E3330, 레티노산(RA) 또는 E3330 + RA로 표시된 농도에서 처치되었고, 그 형태는 6일째에 측정하였다. 형태학적 분석은 E3330(RN3-3)으로 처치된 HL-60 세포의 분화가 증가된 것을 나타내었다. HL-60 세포의 6일째의 세포자멸사 분석은 E3330과 RA의 병용이 E3330 단독으로 처치된 세포에 비해서 세포자멸사된 세포의 개수가 증가된 것으로 드러났고, 25 uM 용량 E3330에서 RA 단독에 비해서 약 1.5배 증가를 보였다(도 24).
E3330은 RA의 1000배 낮은 용량에서 RA의 효과를 증대시켰지만, RA의 보다 높은 용량에서는 유사한 분화 레벨로 되었다. HL-60 분화의 표지자인 CD11은, RA에 대한 E3330의 첨가가 RA의 보다 높은 용량에서와 동일한 분화 레벨을 지니도록 하는데 약 1000배(3자리수의 크기) 적은 RA를 요구하는 것을 입증한다(도 25).
E3330은, 분화 레벨이 약 1000배만큼 크게 증가되었지만 RA의 보다 낮은 용량에서 세포자멸사(아넥신/PI 검정)되는 HL-60 세포의 레벨을 유의하게 증대시키지 못했다(도 26).
이들 결과는, E3330 + RA가 세포 분화를 유발하지만 RA의 감소된 용량에서 모델 시스템 및 이들 세포 내에서의 세포자멸사를 증가시키지 않은 것을 나타내고 있다.
E3330 의 메톡시아민과의 병용 - 다발 골수종 세포 . E3330의 소분자 메톡시아민과의 병용은, MTS에 의해 검정된 바와 같이 다발 골수종 세포의 사멸을 증대시켰다(도 27). 데이터는 추-탈라레이 알고리즘(Chou-Talalay; Advances in Enzyme Regulation 22, 27-55)에 기초한 CalcuSyn 소프트웨어를 이용해서 산출되었다. E3330은 단독으로 혹은 메톡시아민과 병용해서 부여되었다.

E3330은 췌장 종양 중에서의 메톡시아민의 세포자멸사 유발 효과를 증대시켰다. 세포자멸사에 대한 세포를 분석하기 위하여, 세포를 평판 배양하고 하룻밤 유착되도록 두었다. 세포를 E3330 단독으로 혹은 메톡시아민과 함께 처치하였다. 세포자멸사는 처치 후 약 24시간 및 96시간째에 검정되었다. 세포를 트립신화하고, 펠릿화하고 나서, 빙냉 PBS 중에 세척하고, 1×결합 완충제[약 10 mmol/ℓ HEPES/NaOH(pH 7.4), 140 mmol/ℓ NaCl, 2.5 mmol/ℓ CaCl2] 중에 재현탁시켰다. 세포자멸사는, 이전 문헌(Clinical Cancer Research 13, 260-267, January 1, 2007)에 기재된 바와 같이 요오드화프로피듐과 병용한 비브란트 세포자멸사 검정 키트(오레곤주의 유진시에 소재한 몰리큘러 프로브스사 제품)로부터 알렉사 플루오르 488 아넥신 V를 이용해서 분석하였다. 강력하게 아넥신 양성이었던 세포는 세포자멸사에 대해서 양성인 것으로 여겨졌다. 샘플들은 인디아나 대학 암센터 흐름 세포측정 설비에서 흐름 세포측정법에 의해 분석하였다.
예비 생체내 실험 . 마우스 내에서의 예비 생체내 실험을 수행하여 안전성 프로필을 조사해서 E3330의 약동학적 성질을 결정하였다(도 19 내지 도 22 참조).
도 19는 E3330(RN3-3)을 투여한(0-50 ㎎/㎏) 수컷 마우스들의 체중을 나타낸 도면이다. 마우스 독성은 50 ㎎/㎏ 하의 E3330(RN3-3)에서는 관찰되지 않았다. 마우스들은 RN3-3(E3330)으로 처치하고 화합물의 3 용량으로 처치 전 혹은 처치 후 2일에 체중을 재었다.
도 20은 처치 후 2일, 3일, 4일 혹은 5일째에 관찰된, 각종 양의 RN3-3(E3330)으로 처치된 마우스들의 생존 데이터를 나타낸 도면이다. 총수에 대한 생존 마우스들의 수는 생존/총수로서 제시되어 있다.
도 21은 24시간 과정 실험에 걸친 E3330(RN3-3)의 약동학적 데이터를 나타낸 것이다. 마우스들을 E3330(RN3-3)으로 처치하고 나서, 혈액 농도는 CPAC(Clinical Pharmacology and Analytical Core)에서 검출하였다. E3330(RN3-3)의 시간 대 농도를 그래프로 표시하고, 추정된 농도는 표로 표시하였다. 3마리의 마우스가 각 시점에서 이용되었고, 데이터는 평균을 나타내고 SD(도시 생략)는 각 시간에 대해 정한 것이다.
도 22는 E3330(RN3-3)에 대한 약동학적 데이터를 나타낸 것으로, 생존, 체중 및 PK 연구로부터의 데이터를 수집하여 이 표에 표시하였다. RN3-3(E3330)의 반감기는 수컷, 암컷 및 조합된 마우스뿐만 아니라 그들의 체중과 농도에 대해서 결정되었다.
Claims (15)
- 변성된 혈관신생(altered angiogenesis)과 연관된 생리적 장애를 억제하는 방법으로서,
Ape1/Ref-1의 산화환원 기능을 선택적으로 억제하는 제제의 유효량을, 이를 필요로 하는 대상체에게 투여하는 단계를 포함하는, 생리적 장애의 억제방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제제는 E3330 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염인 것인, 생리적 장애의 억제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장애는 암, 심혈관 질환, 만성 염증성 질환, 류머티스성 관절염, 당뇨망막병증, 퇴행성 황반병증, 수정체후방 섬유증식증(retrolental fibroplasias), 특발성 폐섬유화증, 급성 호흡곤란 증후군, 천식, 자궁내막증, 건선, 켈로이드증 및 전신 경화증으로부터 선택된 것인, 생리적 장애의 억제방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 장애는 암인 것인, 생리적 장애의 억제방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제제는 E3330, 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염 혹은 용매화물인 것인, 생리적 장애의 억제방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 대상체에게 적어도 1종의 추가의 치료제가 투여되는 것인, 생리적 장애의 억제방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 추가의 치료제는 멜팔란, 겜시타빈, 시스플라틴, 메톡시아민, 탈리도마이드 및 그의 유도체, 및 레티노산으로부터 선택된 것인, 생리적 장애의 억제방법.
- Ape1/Ref-1의 산화환원 기능을 선택적으로 억제하는 제제의 유효량을, 이를 필요로 하는 대상체에게 투여하는 단계를 포함하는, 암의 억제방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제제는 E3330, 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염인 것인, 암의 억제방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 암은 유방암, 전립선암, 췌장암, 결장암, 자궁경부암, 생식 세포 종양, 성인 및 소아 신경 교종, 골육종, 횡문근육종, 비소세포 폐암, 백혈병 및 다발 골수종으로부터 선택된 것인, 암의 억제방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제제는 E3330, 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염 혹은 용매화물인 것인, 암의 억제방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 대상체에게 적어도 1종의 추가의 치료제가 투여되는 것인, 암의 억제방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 추가의 치료제는 멜팔란, 겜시타빈, 시스플라틴, 메톡시아민, 탈리도마이드 및 그의 유도체, 및 레티노산으로부터 선택된 것인, 암의 억제방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 대상체에게 적어도 1종의 추가의 치료제가 투여되는 것인, 생리적 장애의 억제방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 추가의 치료제는 아바스틴(Avastin)인 것인, 생리적 장애의 억제방법.
