상기 전극체와 상기 외장 케이스의 사이에는, 당해 전극체와 외장 케이스를 격리하는 절연 필름이 구비되어 있고,
상기 절연 필름은, 상기 전극체를 둘러싸는 주머니 형상으로 형성되어 있는 동시에, 상기 내부 공간에 있어서의 코너부에 상기 필름이 접촉하지 않도록 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전극체는, 시트 형상 정극 및 시트 형상 부극이 세퍼레이터를 개재하여 권회되어 이루어지는 전극체이고,
상기 시트 형상 정극 및 상기 시트 형상 부극은, 상기 세퍼레이터로부터 비어져 나와 권회되는 정극측 비어져 나온 부분 및 부극측 비어져 나온 부분을 갖고 있고,
상기 정극측 비어져 나온 부분 및 상기 부극측 비어져 나온 부분은, 각각 상기 권회 전극체의 권회 중심 축 방향에 있어서의 단부를 구성하는 동시에, 그 단부의 상기 축 방향에 있어서의 선단부 부분은 하나로 묶여 있고,
여기서 상기 절연 필름은, 상기 하나로 묶인 선단부 부분을 양측면으로부터 끼우도록 배치되는 동시에, 상기 선단부 부분보다도 상기 축 방향의 더욱 끝쪽에 있어서 일체가 되도록 서로 용착된 돌출 변부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지. - 제2항에 있어서, 상기 절연 필름은, 상기 돌출 변부가 상기 외장 케이스의 대향하는 내벽 측면과 접촉하도록 하여 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전극체를 둘러싸는 절연 필름은, 되접은 1매의 수지제 시트로 이루어지고, 그 모서리부는 상기 되접음에 의해 서로 대항한 면끼리를 접합함으로써 상기 주머니 형상으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전지를 구비하는 차량.
