Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 아민 포함 폐수로부터 아민을 회수하는 방법으로서,양이온교환수지를 이용하여 아민 포함 폐수로부터 아민을 포획하고, 포획된 아민을 용출(elution)하여 폐수를 농축하는 단계(S10);상기 농축된 아민 포함 폐수로부터 아민을 1차 분리하는 단계(S20); 및상기 아민이 1차 분리되고 남은 아민 폐수를 150℃이하의 온도, 100mmHg이하의 압력에서 증류하여 아민을 2차 분리하는 단계(S30)를 포함하는, 아민 회수방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 아민의 용출은, 아민이 포획된 양이온교환수지에 가성소다를 주입하여 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아민 회수방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 S20 단계에서 아민의 1차 분리는 pH 및 전도도를 이용하여, pH 값이 8 내지 12, 전도도 값이 0.01 내지 4ms/cm인 아민을 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아민 회수방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 S30 단계에서 아민이 2차 분리된 후, 남은 기체상 아민을 흡착제를 이 용하여 흡착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아민 회수방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 S30 단계에서, 100mmHg이하의 압력은 진공펌프를 이용하여 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아민 회수방법.
- 아민 포함 폐수로부터 아민을 회수하는 방법으로서,아민 포함 폐수를 양이온교환수지(11)가 충진된 이온교환수지탑(10)으로 유입하여 아민 포함 폐수로부터 아민을 포획하고, 포획된 아민을 용출(elution)하여 폐수를 농축하는 단계;pH 측정기(7)와 전도도 측정기(8)를 이용하여 상기 농축된 아민 포함 폐수로부터 아민을 1차 분리하는 단계; 및상기 아민이 1차 분리되고 남은 아민 폐수를 증발탑(14)에서 150℃이하의 온도, 100mmHg이하의 압력에서 가열하고, 발생된 증기를 냉각탑(16)에서 25℃이하 온도로 냉각하여 아민을 2차 분리하는 단계를 포함하는, 아민 회수방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 포획된 아민을 용출하는 것은, 이온교환수지탑(10)에 연결된 가성소다 탱크(3)로부터 가성소다액을 이온교환수지탑(10)에 주입하여 용출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아민 회수방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 이온교환수지탑(10) 상부에 흡착탑을 연결하여 외부의 이산화탄소의 유입 또는 내부의 기체상 아민의 유출을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아민 회수방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 아민의 1차 분리는 pH 값이 8 내지 12, 전도도 값이 0.01 내지 4ms/cm인 아민을 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아민 회수방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 증발탑(14)과 냉각탑(16) 사이에는 기체/액체 및 기체/고체 분리기(15)를 구비하여, 폐수 내 존재하는 고형물이 캐리오버되어 증기 및 기체상 아민에 포함되는 것을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아민 회수방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 아민의 2차 분리는, 증발탑(14)에서 발생된 증기를 냉각탑(16)에서 응축한 후, 센서를 이용하여 아민을 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아민 회수방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 센서는 pH와 전도도를 측정하고, pH값이 7이하, 전도도 값이 10us/cm미만이면 물, pH값이 8이상, 전도도 값이 10us/cm이상이면 아민으로 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아민 회수방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 냉각탑(16)을 흡착탑과 연결하여 기체상 아민의 유출을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아민 회수방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 양이온교환수지(11)는 술폰산기(-SO3H)를 교환기로 가지고 디비닐벤젠-스티렌 공중합체를 골조로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아민 회수방법.
- 제8항 또는 제13항에 있어서,상기 기체상 아민의 유출을 방지하기 위한 흡착탑은 제올라이트로 충진된 것을 특징으로 하는 아민 회수방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,외부의 이산화탄소 유입을 방지하기 위한 흡착탑은 가성소다 및 활성탄이 충진되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 아민 회수방법.
