Claims (6)
- 전기 회로에 접속되는 회로 단자가 배치되고 단자에 면하는 개구구멍이 형성된 베이스 부재와,상기 회로 단자에 삽입되는 단락 단자를 구비한 플러그 본체로 서비스 플러그가 구성되고,상기 베이스 부재에는, 상기 개구구멍의 부근에 마련되고 상기 플러그 본체를 상기 단락 단자의 삽입 방향에 대해 교차하는 방향으로 규제하는 규제 부재가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 서비스 플러그의 부착 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 베이스 부재는, 상기 개구구멍을 끼우고 상기 규제 부재의 반대측으로서 상기 개구구멍의 상기 회로 단자측에 마련되고 상기 플러그 본체를 상기 단락 단자의 삽입 방향으로 안내하는 안내 부재가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 서비스 플러그의 부착 구조.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 전기 회로는 차량용의 배터리로 구성되고,상기 배터리는 시트 쿠션의 하측의 플로어 패널의 하부에 수용되고,상기 베이스 부재는, 상기 시트 쿠션의 하면에 상기 개구구멍을 향한 상태로 상기 플로어 패널의 서비스 구멍부에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 서비스 플러그의 부착 구조.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 개구구멍은 상기 베이스 부재의 표면으로부터 돌출하는 통형상을 하고,상기 개구구멍의 상기 통부와 동일 높이의 주벽부가 상기 개구구멍의 주위의 상기 베이스 부재에 마련되고,상기 규제 부재는 상기 주벽부에 연속하여 높이 방향으로 높아지도록 늘어나 형성되고,상기 안내 부재는 상기 주벽부의 내벽에 높이 방향으로 형성되고 상기 플러그 본체측의 보스부가 활주 자유롭게 끼워 맞추는 홈인 것을 특징으로 하는 서비스 플러그의 부착 구조.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 규제 부재는 상기 플러그 본체의 외형 형상에 따른 만곡면 부재가 되고,상기 규제 부재는, 상기 플러그 본체가 상기 시트 쿠션의 하면과 평행한 방향에서 삽입된 때의 평면 내에서의 이동을 규제하고, 상기 플러그 본체를 상기 규제 부재의 만곡면에 따라 평면 내에서 회동시킴으로써 상기 보스부가 홈에 끼워 맞추어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 서비스 플러그의 부착 구조.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 플러그 본체에는 회동 자유롭게 레버가 마련되고,상기 레버에는, 상기 규제 부재와 상기 안내 부재로 상기 플러그 본체가 위치 결정된 상태에서 상기 레버를 회동시킴에 의해, 회동에 따라 상기 단락 단자가 상기 회로 단자에 삽입되는 상태로 상기 플러그 본체를 상기 안내 부재에 따라 이동시키는 캠 기구가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 서비스 플러그의 부착 구조.
