Claims (6)
- 3,4-디하이드록시페닐-엘-알라닌(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl-L-alanine, L-DOPA)에 아크릴레이트기를 포함하는 디이소시아네이트계 화합물을 요소결합시켜 제1항에 따르는 고접착성 아크릴레이트 단량체를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고접착성 아크릴레이트 단량체 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 고접착성 아크릴레이트 단량체 제조방법은,(S1) 상기 3,4-디하이드록시페닐-엘-알라닌(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl-L-alanine, DOPA)을 메틸화시키는 단계;(S2) 상기 (S1)단계의 생성물을 상기 아크릴레이트기를 포함하는 디이소시아네이트계 화합물에 첨가하여 요소결합시키는 단계;를 포함하여 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고접착성 아크릴레이트 단량체 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 디이소시아네이트계 화합물은, 이소포론 디이소시아네이트(Isophorone didisocyanate, IPDI), 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트(Hexamethylene diisocyanate), 메틸렌 비스-(4-시클로헥실이소시아네이트)(Methylene bis-(4-cychlohexylisocyanate)), 트리메틸 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트(Trimethyl hexamethylene diisocyanate), 톨루엔-2,4-디이소시아네이트(Toluene-2,4-diisocyanate), 및 메틸렌 디페닐-4,4'-디이소시아네이트(Methylene diphenyl-4,4'-diisocyanate) 중 선택된 하나 또는 둘 이상의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 고접착성 아크릴레이트 단량체 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 디이소시아네이트계 화합물에 포함되는 아크릴레이트기는, 하이드록시 에틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 하이드록시 프로필 (메타)아크릴레이트, 하이드록시 부틸 (메타)아크릴레이트, 하이드록시-폴리(알킬렌옥시)알킬 (메타)아크릴레이트, 펜타에리트리톨 하이드록시 트리(메타)아크릴레이트, 디펜타에리트리톨 하이드록시 펜타 (메타)아크릴레이트, 및 디트리메틸올프로판 하이드록시 트리메타크릴레이트 중 선택된 하나 또는 둘 이상의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 고접착성 아크릴레이트 단량체 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 (S1)단계는,(S11) -50℃ 내지 -20℃의 온도 조건에서 메탄올에 L-DOPA를 넣고 교반하는 단계; 및(S12) 상기 L-DOPA 몰당량 대비 티오닐클로라이드 1 내지 2배의 양을 천천히 첨가한 후, 12 내지 24 시간 동안 교반하여 메틸화(methylation)시키는 단계;를 포함하여 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고접착성 아크릴레이트 단량체 제조방법.
