Claims (3)
- 밸브 본체 내에 설치되고, 상기 밸브 본체 내를 통과하는 유체의 유량을 조절하는 밸브체와, 상기 밸브체보다 상류측의 유로에 있어서의 유체 압력을 검출하는 제1 압력 검출수단과, 상기 밸브체보다 하류측의 유로에 있어서의 유체 압력을 검출하는 제2 압력 검출수단과, 상기 밸브체의 밸브 개도량을 검출하는 밸브 개도량 검출수단과, 상기 제1 및 제2 압력 검출수단과 상기 밸브 개도량 검출수단의 각 검출 신호에 근거하여 상기 밸브 본체 내를 흐르는 유체의 유량을 연산하는 유량 연산수단을 구비한 유량 계측 밸브에 있어서, 상기 밸브 본체 내의 밸브체보다 하류측의 유로중의 상기 밸브체 근방에 유체의 굄을 생기게 하는 유체 굄부와, 상기 유체 굄부를 향한 밸브 본체 내주면과 밸브 본체 외주면을 관통하는 하류측 유체 압력 도통로를 설치하고, 상기 제2 압력 검출수단을 상기 밸브 본체 외주면에 장착해서 상기 하류측 유체 압력 도통로와 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 유량 계측 밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 밸브는, 상기 밸브체에 회전가능하게 고정된 밸브축의 이동에 따라 상기 밸브 본체의 내부에서 상기 밸브체의 위치가 변화함으로써 상기 밸브 본체 내부를 통과하는 유체의 유량을 조절하는 그로브 밸브이고, 상기 유체 굄부는 상기 밸브체의 외주면과 상기 밸브 본체의 내주면에 의해 형성되는 공간인 것을 특징으로 하는 유 량 계측 밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 밸브체는 상기 밸브 본체의 유로의 축선과 직교하는 밸브축과 회전가능하게 고정되고, 상기 밸브 축과 직교하는 면 내부에 있어서 상기 밸브체는 회전이 자유롭게 상기 밸브 축에 축받이되는 동시에, 상기 밸브체는 유체가 통과하는 관통공을 가지는 대략 반구체로 형성되고, 상기 유체 굄부는 상기 밸브체의 외주면과, 상기 밸브 본체의 내주면에 의해 형성되는 공간인 것을 특징으로 하는 유량 계측 밸브.
