军工航天火箭用大口径氧气管路截止阀
技术领域
本发明属于阀门制造技术领域,涉及一种用于军工航天火箭系统“极高压力”大口径纯氧工况的截止阀,具体涉及该截止阀的密封结构。
背景技术
随着我国军工航天能力的提升,其所必须的氧气管路系统中的介质压力也达到了30MPa以上,系统中起关键作用的氧气阀门的需求也逐年增加。这些阀门一般都是压力高、口径大,并且介质都是工业纯氧气。而在高压工况下口径越大阀门越不容易密封。因此必须要有一种满足上述所有条件的特殊结构的阀门,来满足“极高压力”氧气系统的安全运行。
发明内容
为了解决军工航天火箭系用氧气管路阀安全使用问题,本发明提供了一种适用于工作介质为99.9%纯氧,工作压力PN≥25MPa,公称尺寸DN≥150mm工况的气动“极高压力”大口径氧气阀门。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种军工航天火箭用大口径氧气管路截止阀,包括阀体、阀瓣、阀杆、填料箱、支架、定位块、气动执行机构、旁通阀;
所述截止阀在工作介质为99.9%纯氧,工作压力PN≥25MPa,公称尺寸DN≥150mm工况下安全运行。
所述填料箱和阀体中部内腔通过阀门中口密封圈密封;该阀门中口密封圈的外周面母线为斜线,形成楔形环结构;而阀门中口密封圈下端的外壁和内壁上均设有环槽。
所述阀门中口密封圈下端尖部处尖部角度A小于阀门中口密封圈的内斜角B。
所述截止阀中介质通道采用高进低出结构。
所述阀杆上端和气动执行机构的活塞杆采用双截杆,并用T型槽连接。
所述截止阀设有外旁通阀;该外旁通阀通过旁通管和所述截止阀连通。
本发明主要应用于航空航天火箭系统的氧气管路系统,其成功研制保证了我国航天项目的进行,为我国航空航天系统用高压(≥900lb)、大口径(DN≥150)氧气阀门的研发奠定了基础。其新型的密封结构保证了高压(≥900lb)、大口径 (DN≥150)氧气介质及其他特殊介质及普通介质用阀门的密封问题,确保阀门不会产生外漏,进而确保了管路系统的安全可靠性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细的说明。
如图1a、1b,一种军工航天火箭用大口径氧气管路截止阀,包括螺纹法兰1、阀体2、阀瓣3与阀瓣盖4通过螺纹连接,阀杆5下端通过T型结构与阀瓣3相连,填料箱6、阀门中口密封圈7、四开环8、压板9安装于阀体内,填料压套10、填料压板11通过螺柱连接于填料箱6上,定位块12与阀杆5上端通过T型槽和螺栓连接,支架13通过螺柱连接于阀体上,气动执行器14与支架13通过螺柱连接,接管17、旁通阀接头18、接头螺母19、旁通管20、外旁通阀21;旁通阀接头18和旁通管20焊接后,通过接头螺母19和接管17连接,旁通管20与外旁通阀21采用卡套连接。该截止阀的端法兰采用标准八角环密封结构,密封环采用Monel材料,密封可靠、易于更换、阻燃性好,提高了阀门与管道连接的密封性能和安全性能。
参照图2a、2b,阀门中口密封圈7的外周面母线为斜线,形成楔形环结构;该斜线与垂线成3°的斜面,减小了阀门中口密封圈7的截面大小使其变形和恢复更容易,可使其能重复使用。而阀门中口密封圈7下端的外壁和内壁上均设有半圆形的弹性变形环槽(7-1),该结构具有极高的密封性能。所述阀门中口密封圈7下端尖部处尖部角度A小于阀门中口密封圈7的内斜角B,如当A采用30°角时,内斜角B采用45°角。(见图2b),减少了阀门中口密封圈7的刚性,因而使此处能优先实现塑性变形,从而可在很小的力作用下就能达到初密封,形成了第一层的密封;当内部压力升高时,填料箱6有向上自由移动的趋势,从而压紧阀门中口密封圈7,达到自紧密封的目的,形成第二层密封。通过以上的双层密封结构,该项发明提高了阀门的密封性能,从而使危险性介质(如氧气)用大口径阀门的安全性得到了保障。阀门中口密封圈7用具有极佳抗阻燃性的黄铜合金制造。
参照图1a,所述截止阀中介质通道采用高进低出结构,使阀杆受力小,阀门密封容易。
参照图3,所述阀杆5上端和气动执行机构14的活塞杆采用双截杆,在定位块12内通过T型槽连接,气动执行结构14和阀门互不干涉,提高了阀门的性能。
参照图1b、4,所述截止阀设有外旁通阀21,其目的是减小阀前、阀后压差,以减轻由于高流速、紊流和绝热压缩而引起的氧气起燃危害。该外旁通阀21通过旁通管20和所述截止阀连通;旁通管20为带有三个直角的用高压紫铜管制造的弯管(旁通阀的设置主要确保阀门两端的压差不会太大。因为压差过大时,阀腔内介质会形成绝热压缩,使介质温度急剧升高,超过壳体的承受能力)。旁通阀接头18采用黄铜材料,高压紫铜和黄铜这两种材料都具有极好的抗阻燃性和减低吸收涡流粒子冲击的性能;旁通阀接头18用蒙乃尔合金焊接在旁通管20上,提高了旁通管与接头处的密封性能。

1.一种军工航天火箭用大口径氧气管路截止阀,包括阀体、阀瓣、阀杆、填料箱、支架、定位块、气动执行机构、旁通阀;其特征在于:所述截止阀在工作介质为99.9%纯氧,工作压力PN≥25MPa,公称尺寸DN≥150mm工况下安全运行;所述填料箱(6)和阀体(2)中部内腔通过阀门中口密封圈(7)密封;该阀门中口密封圈(7)的外周面母线为斜线,形成楔形环结构;而阀门中口密封圈(7)下端的外壁和内壁上均设有环槽(7-1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种军工航天火箭用大口径氧气管路截止阀,其特征在于:所述阀门中口密封圈(7)下端尖部处尖部角度A小于阀门中口密封圈(7)的内斜角B。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种军工航天火箭用大口径氧气管路截止阀,其特征在于:所述截止阀中介质通道采用高进低出结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种军工航天火箭用大口径氧气管路截止阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆(5)上端和气动执行机构(14)的活塞杆采用双截杆,并用T型槽连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种军工航天火箭用大口径氧气管路截止阀,其特征在于:所述截止阀设有外旁通阀(21);该外旁通阀(21)通过旁通管(20)和所述截止阀连通。
