Claims (2)
- 밸브 본체 내에 회전이 자유롭게 설치되고 상기 밸브 본체 내부를 통과하는 유체의 유량을 조절하는 밸브체와,상기 밸브체의 착석부에 가압접촉되는 상류측 시이트 링과,상기 상류측 시이트 링을 유지하는 상류측 리테이너와,상기 밸브체의 밸브 개도량을 검출하는 밸브 개도량 검출수단과,상기 밸브 본체의 상류측 관로 내의 유체 압력과 하류측 관로 내의 유체 압력의 압력차를 검출하는 압력차 검출수단과,상기 압력차 검출수단의 계측값과 상기 밸브 개도량 검출수단의 계측값에 의거하여 유량계수를 구하고, 이들 계측값과 상기 유량계수로부터 상기 유체의 유량을 산출하는 유량 산출수단을 구비하고,상기 압력차 검출수단을 상기 밸브 본체의 외주면에 부착하고,상기 상류측 리테이너의 상류측 근방의 내주면과 외주면 사이를 관통하는 상류측 유체 압력 추출부를 설치하고, 상기 밸브 본체의 내주면과 상기 상류측 리테이너의 외주면 사이에 상류측 단부가 상기 상류측 유체 압력 추출부로 연통하는 제1 도통로를 형성하고, 상기 밸브 본체에 상기 제1 도통로의 하류측 단부와 상기 압력차 검출수단을 접속하는 제2 도통로를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 유량 제어밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 밸브 본체의 착석부에 가압접촉되는 하류측 시이트 링과,상기 하류측 시이트 링을 유지하는 하류측 리테이너를 더 구비하고,상기 하류측 리테이너의 하류측 단부 근방의 내주면과 외주면 사이를 관통하는 하류측 유체 압력 추출부를 설치하고, 상기 밸브 본체의 내주면과 상기 하류측 리테이너의 외주면 사이에 하류측 단부가 상기 하류측 유체 압력 추출부로 연통하는 제3 도통로를 형성하고, 상기 밸브 본체에 상기 제3 도통로의 상류측 단부와 상기 압력차 검출수단을 접속하는 제4 도통로를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 유량 제어밸브.
