Abstract
【解決手段】 弁本体4の上流側内周面に装着される上流側リテーナ16の上流側端部近傍の内周面と外周面との間を貫通する上流側流体圧力取出部26と、弁本体4の上流側に弁本体の内周面と外周面との間を貫通する第2の導通路29を設け、これらを弁本体4と上流側リテーナ16との間に形成した第1の導通路27によって連通する。同じく弁本体4の内周面に装着される下流側リテーナ41の下流側端部近傍の内周面と外周面との間を貫通する下流側流体圧力取出部54と、弁本体4の下流側に弁本体の内周面と外周面との間を貫通する第4の導通路57を設け、これらを弁本体4と下流側リテーナ41との間に形成した第3の導通路55によって連通する。弁本体4の外周面に差圧センサ31を取付け、第2、第4の導通路29、57を差圧センサ31に接続する。

ただし、Aは弁体の絞り部の断面積、ΔPは流体の上流側と下流側の圧力差である。
図1は本発明に係る流量制御弁の一実施の形態を示す全開状態の横断面図、図2は図1のII−II線断面図、図3は図1のIII−III線断面図、図4は図1のIV−IV線断面図、図5は図1のV−V線断面である。本実施の形態は、上流側と下流側に配置された一対のシートリングによって弁体(ボールプラグ)を回動自在に支持するフローティングタイプの二方ボールバルブからなる流量制御弁に適用した例を示している。フローティングタイプの弁は、全閉時に弁体が上流側流体圧によって下流側シートリングに押し付けられることにより、主として弁体と下流側シートリングとの接触によってシールを図る弁である。
Claims (2)
- 弁本体内に回動自在に配設され前記弁本体内を通過する流体の流量を調節する弁体と、
前記弁体の着座部に圧接される上流側シートリングと、
前記上流側シートリングを保持する上流側リテーナと、
前記弁体の弁開度量を検出する弁開度量検出手段と、
前記弁本体の上流側管路内の流体圧力と下流側管路内の流体圧力との差圧を検出する差圧検出手段と、
前記差圧検出手段の計測値と前記弁開度量検出手段の計測値とに基づいて流量係数を求め、これらの計測値と前記流量係数から前記流体の流量を算出する流量算出手段とを備え、
前記差圧検出手段を前記弁本体の外周面に取付け、
前記上流側リテーナの上流側近傍の内周面と外周面との間を貫通する上流側流体圧力取出部を設け、前記弁本体の内周面と前記上流側リテーナの外周面との間に上流側端が前記上流側流体圧力取出部に連通する第1の導通路を形成し、前記弁本体に前記第1の導通路の下流側端と前記差圧検出手段とを接続する第2の導通路を形成したことを特徴とする流量制御弁。 - 請求項1記載の流量制御弁において、
前記弁体の着座部に圧接される下流側シートリングと、
前記下流側シートリングを保持する下流側リテーナとをさらに備え、
前記下流側リテーナの下流側端部近傍の内周面と外周面との間を貫通する下流側流体圧力取出部を設け、前記弁本体の内周面と前記下流側リテーナの外周面との間に下流側端が前記下流側流体圧力取出部に連通する第3の導通路を形成し、前記弁本体に前記第3の導通路の上流側端と前記差圧検出手段とを接続する第4の導通路を形成したことを特徴とする流量制御弁。
