Claims (15)
- 선박의 연료가스 공급 시스템으로서,LNG를 연료로서 저장하는 LNG 연료탱크와,상기 LNG 연료탱크의 내부에서 발생되는 증발가스를 재액화시키기 위한 증발가스 재액화 장치와,고압가스 분사엔진과,LNG를 고압으로 압축하여 상기 엔진으로 보내는 고압 펌프와,상기 고압 펌프의 후단에 설치되어 상기 고압으로 압축된 LNG를 기화시키는 기화수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박의 연료가스 공급 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 선박 내의 LNG 연료탱크로부터 상기 엔진까지는 연료가스 공급라인이 연결되고,상기 증발가스 재액화 장치는 상기 연료가스 공급라인의 도중에 설치된 열교환기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박의 연료가스 공급 시스템.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 LNG 연료탱크의 상부로부터의 증발가스를 상기 열교환기를 거쳐 열교환한 후, 상기 연료가스 공급라인의 도중에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박의 연 료가스 공급 시스템.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 LNG 연료탱크의 상부로부터의 증발가스를 상기 열교환기를 거쳐 열교환한 후, 상기 LNG 연료탱크로 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박의 연료가스 공급 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 기화수단은 히터인 것을 특징으로 하는 선박의 연료가스 공급 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 고압 펌프는 LNG를 100 바(게이지압) 내지 300 바(게이지압)로 압축하여 상기 엔진으로 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박의 연료가스 공급 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 LNG 연료탱크는 상기 선박에 연료탱크로서 별도로 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 선박의 연료가스 공급 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 LNG 연료탱크는 LNG 운반선의 LNG 저장탱크인 것을 특징으로 하는 선박 의 연료가스 공급 시스템.
- 청구항 1 내지 8 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 증발가스를 상기 LNG와 열교환시킴으로써 상기 증발가스 재액화 장치의 용량을 작게 구성할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박의 연료가스 공급 시스템.
- 선박에 LNG 연료탱크가 구비되고, 상기 LNG 연료탱크로부터 연료를 선박의 고압가스분사 엔진에 공급하는 방법으로서,LNG를 상기 엔진의 요구 압력에 맞게 고압으로 압축하고 기화시켜서 상기 엔진으로 공급하는 한편, 상기 선박의 LNG 연료탱크 내에서 발생된 증발가스를 재액화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박의 연료가스 공급 방법.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,상기 선박의 LNG 연료탱크 내에서 발생된 증발가스를, 상기 엔진으로 공급되는 LNG와 열교환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박의 연료가스 공급 방법.
- 청구항 11에 있어서,상기 LNG와 상기 증발가스를 서로 열교환한 후, 상기 LNG는 상기 엔진으로 공급하고, 상기 증발가스는 재액화시켜서 상기 엔진으로 보내는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박의 연료가스 공급 방법.
- 청구항 11에 있어서,상기 LNG와 상기 증발가스를 서로 열교환한 후, 상기 LNG는 상기 엔진으로 공급하고, 상기 증발가스는 재액화시켜서 상기 LNG 연료탱크로 복귀시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박의 연료가스 공급 방법.
- 청구항 10 내지 13 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 엔진의 요구 압력은 100 바(게이지압) 내지 300 바(게이지압)인 것을 특징으로 하는 선박의 연료가스 공급 방법.
- 청구항 14에 있어서,상기 LNG와 상기 증발가스를 서로 열교환시킴으로써 상기 재액화 효율이 향상되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박의 연료가스 공급 방법.
