Claims (16)
- 폴리비닐알코올 수용액을 티-다이를 통해 드럼 표면에 캐스팅한 후 열풍을 이용해 1차 건조하여 필름을 제조하고, 상기 필름을 상기 드럼 표면으로부터 박리하여 다수의 건조롤을 이용해 2차 건조하고, 열처리하는 단계를 포함하여 진행되는 무연신 및 무배향 폴리비닐알코올 필름의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 2차 건조 및 열처리 시에 필름의 잔류수분율이 1% 감소할 때마다 필름이 0.01~0.4% 수축하도록 상기 건조롤의 속도를 단계적으로 감속시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 무연신 및 무배향 폴리비닐알코올 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 2차 건조 및 열처리 시에 필름의 잔류수분율이 1% 감소할 때마다 필름이 0.1~0.3% 수축하도록 상기 건조롤의 속도를 단계적으로 감속시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 무연신 및 무배향 폴리비닐알코올 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 건조롤의 온도는 50~90℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 무연신 및 무배향 폴리비닐알코올 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 2차 건조에 이용되는 건조롤은 6개 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 무연신 및 무배향 폴리비닐알코올 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 건조롤 각각은 독립적인 속도로 구동이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 무연신 및 무배향 폴리비닐알코올 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열처리에는 선단 롤 및 후단 롤이 이용되며,상기 선단 롤 및 후단 롤은 각각 독립적인 속도로 구동이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 무연신 및 무배향 폴리비닐알코올 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 1차 건조 후 상기 드럼 표면으로부터 박리된 필름의 잔류수분율은 10~35중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 무연신 및 무배향 폴리비닐알코올 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 다수의 건조롤 중 최종 건조롤에서의 상기 필름의 잔류수분율은 5~15중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 무연신 및 무배향 폴리비닐알코올 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 건조롤에 걸리는 장력은 0.07N/mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 무연신 및 무배향 폴리비닐알코올 필름의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 선단 롤 및 후단 롤에 걸리는 장력은 0.07N/mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 무연신 및 무배향 폴리비닐알코올 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열처리는 공기 부유식으로 열풍 처리에 의하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무연신 및 무배향 폴리비닐알코올 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열처리 온도는 100~180℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 무연신 및 무배향 폴리비닐알코올 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열처리 단계 후에 열처리된 필름을 권취하는 권취 단계를 더 포함하며,상기 권취 단계에서의 권취 장력은 0.01~0.07N/mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 무 연신 및 무배향 폴리비닐알코올 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중에서 선택되는 어느 한 항에 따른 제조방법을 이용하여 제조된 폴리비닐알코올 필름.
- 제13항에 있어서,두께가 30~120㎛인 폴리비닐알코올 필름.
- 제14항에 따른 폴리비닐알코올 필름을 포함하여 이루어지는 편광판.
