Claims (7)
- 가열된 강판을 프레스 성형하고, 당해 성형체에 냉매를 분출하여 냉각하는 열간 성형 금형에 있어서,냉매를 통과시키는 주공급로와,상기 주공급로로부터 분기되어, 상기 금형 밖으로 상기 냉매를 분출시키는 분출구를 포함하는 복수의 분기 공급로와,상기 각 분기 공급로 중 상기 분출구측에 고정되어, 상기 냉매를 통과시키는 통과 구멍을 이용하여 상기 냉매의 통과량을 제한하는 노즐 부재를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간 성형 금형.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 노즐 부재는 상기 분기 공급로 중 상기 분출구측의 영역에 형성된 나사부와 결합하는 나사부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간 성형 금형.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 노즐 부재는 그 탄성 변형에 의해 상기 분기 공급로의 내면에 압접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간 성형 금형.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 노즐 부재는 상기 분기 공급로에 대해 용접 또는 접착제에 의해 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간 성 형 금형.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 노즐 부재에 있어서의 상기 분출구측의 단부면과 상기 금형의 성형면과의 거리가 0.05 ㎜ 이상이며, 50 ㎜ 이하인 것을 특징으로 한 열간 성형 금형.
- 제1 금형과, 상기 제1 금형과 조합하여 이용하는 제2 금형을 갖는 프레스 성형 장치이며,상기 제1 및 제2 금형 중 적어도 한쪽이 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 열간 성형 금형이고,상기 열간 성형 금형의 주공급로 및 분기 공급로 내를 냉매에 대해 적어도 2단계 이상으로 압력 제어할 수 있는 가압 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스 성형 장치.
- 제6항에 기재된 프레스 성형 장치를 이용하여 프레스 성형 공정 전에 상기 주공급로 및 분기 공급로 내의 냉매를 분출하지 않을 정도까지 가압하여 대기시키고, 프레스 가공 중 또는 가공 후에 소정의 타이밍으로 상기 냉매를 상기 대기 시의 압력보다도 더욱 가압하여 성형된 금속판으로 분출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간 프레스 성형 방법.
