Claims (5)
- 그 내측 상부에 전구 몸체가 삽입고정될 수 있는 수용공간(11) 및 내측 하부에 각종 부품이 조립되는 고정부(12)가 형성됨과 아울러 하나의 몰드로 성형된 단일체의 하우징(10)과,상기 하우징(10)의 수용공간(11) 내벽에 조립설치되어 상기 전구 몸체에 탄력적으로 접촉고정되도록 절곡된 탄성빔(21)을 구비한 한 쌍의 램프 홀더(20)와,전선과 연결되는 단자 몸체(31)를 중심으로 일측에는 와이어 씰(50)에 고정되는 고정부재(32)가 절곡형성됨과 아울러 타측에는 두 개의 단자(33)가 쌍을 이루면서 형성된 더블 접촉단자(30) 및,전선과 연결되는 단자 몸체(41)를 중심으로 일측에는 와이어 씰(50)에 고정되는 고정부재(42)가 절곡형성됨과 아울러 타측에는 하나의 단자(43)가 형성된 싱글 접촉단자(40)를 포함하여 구성된 전구 소켓.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하우징(10)은 그 중앙부 외측을 따라 원판형의 플랜지(13)가 형성되고, 상기 플랜지(13) 상부에 기밀유지를 위한 링형의 가스켓(60)이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 전구 소켓.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하우징(10)의 수용공간(11) 내벽에 다수의 조립돌기(14)와 고정홈(15)이 형성되어 상기 램프 홀더(20)가 삽입고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전구 소켓.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 램프 홀더(20)는 그 몸체에 상기 조립돌기(14)와 고정홈(15)에 대응되는 고정홀(22) 및 쐐기(23)가 형성되어 상기 하우징(10)에 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전구 소켓.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 램프 홀더(20)의 좌우측에 각각 형성된 상기 쐐기(23)는 그 폭을 서로 다르게 성형함으로써 상기 하우징(10)에 잘못 조립되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전구 소켓.
