灯泡插座
技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯泡插座,更特别地,涉及一种具有通过使用注塑成型工艺作为单一件形成的壳体的灯泡插座,其可以改进灯泡插座的耐久性和生产率以及灯泡插座中各部件的性能,从而改进灯泡插座的可装配性。
背景技术
灯泡插座是用于支撑灯泡的装置,其也是向灯泡供电的开口。根据灯泡在插座中的定位方法,所述灯泡插座被分为灯泡被旋入其内的爱迪生式(Edison type)灯泡插座和灯泡被推入其内的斯旺式(Swan type)灯泡插座。
爱迪生式灯泡插座被应用在家用电气装置上,而斯旺式灯泡插座则被应用在汽车和其它电气装置上。
特别地,所述斯旺式灯泡插座具有复杂和精确的结构,因此与爱迪生式灯泡插座相比,在制造过程中需要更加小心注意,制造成本也更加高。
如图1所示,斯旺式灯泡插座包括壳体100,以及位于壳体100中的多个接触端子和电线,灯泡被插入并固定在所述壳体内。所述壳体100包括前部件101和后部件102,所述前部件101通过使用前模具组件形成,所述后部件102通过使用后模具组件形成。在前部件101和后部件102的接合部中设置有密封件103,以提供密封性能。
由于具有上述结构的插座需要通过点焊来连接接触端子,所以还需要设置焊机和焊缝。
由于灯泡插座的壳体100包括部件101和102,自动压制无法在部件101和102上实施,所以提高了压制费用。而且,灯泡插座的制作过程十分复杂,制作成本也相对较高。
图2示出了现有技术中的一种灯泡插座200,该灯泡插座是环氧树脂型灯泡插座,其包括插座部件201和环氧树脂电流防止部件202。因此,其需要自动的环氧树脂分配器和用于固化环氧树脂的腔室。
同样,在连接电线之后,所述灯泡插座200还需要用于注射和固化环氧树脂的独立专用线路,所以制作过程十分复杂,制作成本也相对较高。
发明内容
技术问题
本发明旨在解决现有技术中的上述问题。本发明的一个目的是提供一种具有通过使用模具组件形成为单一件的壳体的灯泡插座,其可以改进插座的耐久性和生产率以及插座中各部件的性能,从而改进灯泡插座的可装配性。
技术方案
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供一种灯泡插座,该灯泡插座包括:壳体,其通过使用单个模具组件作为单一件形成,该壳体包括内上部和内下部,所述内上部具有容纳空间,灯泡主体能够被插入并固定到所述容纳空间内,所述内下部具有固定部,各个部件被连接到所述固定部;一对灯架,每个灯架都包括被连接到所述壳体的容纳空间的内壁上的弹性梁,该弹性梁被弯曲,使得该弹性梁与所述灯泡的主体弹性接触,并被弹性固定到所述灯泡的主体;双触点端子,其包括由连接到电线的端子主体部所隔开的第一和第二侧部,所述第一侧部具有固定元件,该固定元件被弯曲并固定到一个电线密封件,所述第二侧部具有一对端子;以及单触点端子,其包括由连接到电线的端子主体部所隔开的第一和第二侧部,所述第一侧部具有固定元件,该固定元件被弯曲并固定到另一电线密封件,所述第二侧部具有单个端子。
另外,所述壳体还包括圆盘状的法兰和环形垫圈,所述法兰沿着所述壳体的中间部的外圆周设置,所述垫圈设置在所述法兰的上部以提供密封性能。
另外,所述壳体的容纳空间的内壁包括多个装配突出部和多个固定凹槽,以插入并固定所述灯架。
另外,每个灯架包括主体部,该主体部具有分别对应于每个装配突出部和每个固定凹槽的固定孔和楔入部,从而将灯架连接到所述壳体。
另外,所述楔入部分别设置在每个所述灯架的左侧和右侧,它们具有相互不同的宽度,以防止在将灯架连接到壳体的过程中产生错误。

在下文中,将结合附图对本发明进行详细地描述。
参考图3和图4,现在将描述灯泡插座1的结构。灯泡被插入并固定到插座1中,从而灯泡插座与灯泡电连接。灯泡插座1包括圆柱形壳体10、双触点端子30、单触点端子40以及电线和电线密封件50,圆柱形壳体10在灯泡插座1内与灯架20连接。
即,灯泡插座1的壳体10包括位于其内上部的容纳空间11和位于其内下部的固定部12。灯泡的主体被插入并固定到所述容纳空间11内,各个部件都被连接到所述固定部12。特别地,所述壳体10的区别特征在于其通过使用模具组件形成为单一件。
此外,每个灯架20包括弯曲的弹性梁21,该弹性梁21与壳体10的容纳空间11的内壁连接,以与灯泡的主体弹性接触并被固定到灯泡。这样,灯泡主体被插入并固定到所述弹性梁21。
此外,设置在所述壳体10的固定部12中的双触点端子30包括第一和第二侧部,第一和第二侧部通过被连接到电线的端子主体部31所隔开。第一侧部包括固定元件32,该固定元件32被弯曲并固定到一个电线密封件50,第二侧部包括一对端子33。

因此,参考图5,通过使用单个模具组件所形成的灯泡插座1包括用于容纳各个部件的空间。一对相互对称的灯架20被插入并固定到壳体10上部的容纳空间11内。与电线连接的双触点端子30和单触点端子40被插入并固定到壳体10下部的固定部12内。电线密封件50被分别固定到双触点端子30和单触点端子40的下端。
参考图6,灯泡插座1上的壳体10包括圆柱部和圆盘状法兰13,该圆柱部具有位于上部的容纳空间11,该圆盘状法兰13沿着壳体中间部的外圆周设置。在法兰13的上部设有环形垫圈60,用于提供密封性能。电线密封件50被连接到双触点端子30和单触点端子40,并被插入和固定到法兰13下方的圆柱形固定部12。
壳体10上的垫圈60由硅油(oil silicon)构成以提高其耐久性和耐热性。
壳体10通过使用单个模具组件形成,从而具有两个用于容纳各个部件的空间,并且该壳体10由高耐热性材料形成以抵抗灯泡或灯的热量。
图7是灯架20的透视图,图8是灯架20的示意图,在图8中灯架已经被安装。参考图7和图8,在壳体10的容纳空间11的内壁上设置有多个装配突出部14和多个固定凹槽15。每个灯架20包括分别对应于装配突出部14和凹槽15的固定孔22和楔入部23,用于将该灯架20连接到壳体10。
也就是说,壳体10的装配突出部14分别插入到灯架20的固定孔22内,楔入部23分别插入到壳体10的凹槽15内。由此,灯架20被牢固地安装到所述壳体10中。
楔入部23分别设置在每个灯架20的左侧和右侧,它们具有相互不同的宽度,以防止在将灯架20连接到壳体10的过程中产生错误。由于楔入部23的宽度相互不同,所以如果灯架20的装配方向错误,灯架20不会被插入到壳体10中,由此防止了在将灯架20连接到壳体10的过程中产生错误。
另外,每个灯架20被双重锁定到壳体10内以此被牢固地固定。另外,灯架20两侧上的楔入部23的宽度相互不同,从而确保灯架20的正确连接。
参考图9,双触点端子30包括:端子主体部31,其与电线连接;弯曲的固定元件32,其被固定到电线密封件50并被设置在由端子主体部31所隔开的第一侧部上;以及一对端子33,其被设置在由端子主体部31所隔开的第二侧部上。
也就是说,双触点端子30被连接到电线,并同时被固定到所述壳体10的内侧。另外,端子主体部31包括一对端子33。由此部件的可装配性和稳定性得到改进。
参考图10,每个单触点端子40包括:端子主体部41,其与电线连接;弯曲的固定元件42,其被固定到电线密封件50并被设置在由端子主体部41所隔开的第一侧部上;以及端子43,其被设置在由所述端子主体部41所隔开的第二侧部上。
也就是说,每个单触点端子40被连接到电线,并同时被固定到所述壳体10的内侧,每个电线密封件50被固定到单触点端子40的下端,用于固定电线。
被固定到双触点端子30和单触点端子40的电线密封件50由硅油形成,以便于保护所述电线。另外,当电线被弯曲时,电线密封件50弹性地支持所述电线以防止电线短路。
因此,灯泡插座1中各个部件的性能得到提高,从而改进了灯泡插座1的耐久性和质量。
工业应用
如上所述,本发明的灯泡插座包括通过使用模具组件形成为单一件的壳体,从而简化了制作工艺,并且降低了制作成本。此外,所述插座由高耐久性和高耐热性的材料形成,由此产品的耐久性和质量得到改进。此外,插座中各个部件的功能和可装配性也得到改进,由此产品的可使用性和生产率得到改进。

Claims (5)

1.一种灯泡插座,其包括:
壳体(10),其通过使用单个模具组件作为单一件形成,所述壳体(10)包括内上部和内下部,所述内上部具有容纳空间(11),灯泡主体能够被插入并固定到所述容纳空间(11)内,所述内下部具有固定部(12),多个部件被连接到所述固定部;
一对灯架(20),每个灯架都包括与所述壳体(10)的容纳空间(11)的内壁相连接的弹性梁(21),所述弹性梁(21)被弯曲,使得其与所述灯泡主体弹性接触,并被弹性固定到所述灯泡主体;
双触点端子(30),其包括由被连接到电线的端子主体部(31)所隔开的第一和第二侧部,所述第一侧部具有固定元件(32),所述固定元件被弯曲并固定到一个电线密封件(50),所述第二侧部具有一对端子(33);以及

3.如权利要求1所述的灯泡插座,其特征在于,所述壳体(10)的容纳空间(11)的内壁包括多个装配突出部(14)和多个固定凹槽(15),用于插入并固定所述灯架(20)。
4.如权利要求3所述的灯泡插座,其特征在于,每个所述灯架(20)包括主体部,所述主体部具有分别对应于每个装配突出部(14)和每个固定凹槽(15)的固定孔(22)和楔入部(23),以将所述灯架连接到所述壳体(10)。
5.如权利要求4所述的灯泡插座,其特征在于,所述楔入部(23)分别设置在每个所述灯架(20)的左侧和右侧,并具有相互不同的宽度,以防止在将灯架(20)连接到壳体(10)的过程中发生错误。
