Claims (7)
- 변속기에 설치된 파킹 기어와,상기 파킹 기어에 맞물리는 갈고리부를 갖고 상기 갈고리부가 상기 파킹 기어에 맞물리는 맞물림 위치와 상기 갈고리부가 상기 파킹 기어로부터 퇴피하는 퇴피 위치 사이를 변위 가능하게 설치된 파킹 스프래그와,연장 방향으로 진퇴 가능하게 설치되어 상기 파킹 스프래그를 작동시키는 파킹 로드로 이루어지고,상기 파킹 로드는, 상기 파킹 스프래그가 배치되어 있는 측으로 돌출하는 맞물림용 돌출부와, 상기 맞물림용 돌출부와는 반대측으로 돌출하는 퇴피용 돌출부를 구비하고,상기 파킹 스프래그는, 상기 파킹 로드가 진퇴 방향의 어느 한 쪽측으로 이동하면 상기 맞물림용 돌출부에 접촉하는 돌기부와, 상기 파킹 로드가 진퇴 방향의 타방측으로 이동하면 상기 퇴피용 돌출부에 결합하는 결합부를 구비하고,상기 돌기부는 상기 맞물림용 돌출부와 접촉한 상태에서 상기 파킹 스프래그를 상기 맞물림 위치에 유지하도록 구성되고,상기 결합부는 상기 퇴피용 돌출부에 결합한 상태에서 상기 파킹 스프래그를 상기 퇴피 위치로 유지하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기의 파킹 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합부는, 상기 파킹 스프래그의 본체부로부터 상기 파킹 로드를 감도록 연장하여 설치되고, 상기 본체부에 대향한 면에서 상기 퇴피용 돌출부에 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기의 파킹 기구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 파킹 스프래그는, 상기 갈고리부를 갖는 측을 요동 단측으로 하여, 요동 가능하게 축 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기의 파킹 기구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 파킹 스프래그는, 상기 갈고리부를 중력 방향으로 눌러 내려 상기 파킹 기어에 맞물리게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기의 파킹 기구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 파킹 로드를 진퇴 방향으로 이동 가능하게, 또한 상기 파킹 로드를 상기 파킹 기어로부터 거의 일정한 거리에 유지하는 로드 지지 부재를 더 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기의 파킹 기구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 파킹 로드의 이동 방향을, 상기 갈고리부의 이동 방향에 대하여 거의 직교하도록 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기의 파킹 기구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 파킹 기구를, 상기 변속기 내의 상기 파킹 기어 상부에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기의 파킹 기구.
