Claims (3)
- M1X(여기서, M1은 Ca, Ba, Li, 또는 Cs에서 선택되는 1종, X는 F, Cl에서 선택되는 1종)의 용융염을 준비하는 단계,상기 융융염속에서 칼슘티탄산화물을 음극으로 하여 전기분해하여 금속티탄을 얻는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 용융염속에의 칼슘티탄산화물로부터 금속티탄을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 칼슘티탄산화물은 이산화티탄에 대한 칼슘의 원자비가 1:0.1-1임을 특징으로 하는 용융염속의 칼슘티탄산화물로부터 금속티탄을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전기분해가 800 ~ 1300℃의 온도에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융염속의 칼슘티탄산화물로부터 금속티탄을 제조하는 방법.
