Abstract
Description
Claims (25)
- 유기물을 포함하는 층이 적어도 2층 이상으로 적층된 전자 디바이스의 제조 방법이며, 유기물 및 금속 및/또는 금속 산화물을 포함하는 도포액 A를 이용하여 제1층(혼합층)을 형성한 후, 유기물을 포함하는 도포액 B를 이용하여 제2층을 적층하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 디바이스의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자 디바이스는 한 쌍의 전극 사이에 유기물을 포함하는 층이 적어도 2층 이상 적층되어 있고,상기 한 쌍의 전극의 한쪽 전극 상에 직접 또는 다른 층을 개재하여 유기물 및 금속 및/또는 금속 산화물을 포함하는 도포액 A를 도포하여 제1층(혼합층)을 제막하는 제1 공정, 및상기 제1 공정에서 제막한 혼합층 상에 직접 유기물을 포함하는 도포액 B를 도포하여 제2층의 유기층을 제막하는 제2 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 디바이스의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 한 쌍의 전극 중 적어도 한쪽의 전극이 ITO인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 디바이스의 제조 방법이며,상기 ITO 전극 상에 직접 유기물 및 금속 및/또는 금속 산화물을 포함하는 도포액 A를 도포하여 제1층(혼합층)을 제막하는 제1 공정, 및상기 제1 공정에서 제막한 혼합층 상에 직접 유기물을 포함하는 도포액 B를 도포하여 제2층의 유기층을 제막하는 제2 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 디바이스의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유기물이 유기 반도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 디바이스의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 도포액 A에 포함되는 유기 반도체가 홀 주입 재료, 홀 수송 재료, 홀 주입 수송 재료에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 디바이스의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 도포액 A에 포함되는 유기 반도체가 전자 주입 재료, 전자 수송 재료, 전자 주입 수송 재료에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 디바이스의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 도포액 A에 포함되는 유기 반도체가 홀·전자 수송 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 디바이스의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도포액 A에 포함되는 금속이 인듐, 주석, 아연, 티탄 중 어느 하나 이상을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 디바이스의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 도포액 A에 포함되는 금속이 인듐, 주석 중 어느 하나 이상을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 디바이스의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도포액 A에 포함되는 금속 산화물이 인듐 산화물, 주석 산화물, 인듐·주석 산화물, 아연 산화물, 인듐·아연 산화물, 티탄 산화물, 및 이들 중 어느 하나의 산화물에 금속을 도핑한 산화물 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 디바이스의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 도포액 A에 포함되는 금속 산화물이 인듐 산화물, 주석 산화물, 인듐·주석 산화물 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 디바이스의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도포액 B에 포함되는 유기물이 발광 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 디바이스의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도포액 A 및 도포액 B에 이용하는 용매가 유기 용매인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 디바이스의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자 디바이스가 유기 전계 발광 소자인 것을 특징으 로 하는 전자 디바이스의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자 디바이스가 유기 박막 태양 전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 디바이스의 제조 방법.
- 전자 디바이스의 유기물을 포함하는 층 중 하나를 형성하기에 적합한 도포액이며,유기물 및 금속 및/또는 금속 산화물을 포함하고,상기 유기물이 유기 반도체 재료를 포함하고,상기 유기물의 함유량이 용매 이외의 고형분 중량에 대하여 20 중량% 이상 80 중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 도포액.
- 전자 디바이스의 유기물을 포함하는 층 중 하나를 형성하기에 적합한 도포액이며,유기물 및 금속 및/또는 금속 산화물을 포함하고,상기 유기물이 홀 주입 재료 또는 홀 수송 재료 또는 이들 양 재료의 기능을 갖는 홀 주입 수송 재료를 포함하고,상기 유기물의 함유량이 용매 이외의 고형분 중량에 대하여 20 중량% 이상 80 중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 도포액.
- 전자 디바이스의 유기물을 포함하는 층 중 하나를 형성하기에 적합한 도포액이며,유기물 및 금속 및/또는 금속 산화물을 포함하고,상기 유기물이 전자 주입 재료 또는 전자 수송 재료 또는 이들 양 재료의 기능을 갖는 전자 주입 수송 재료를 포함하고,상기 유기물의 함유량이 용매 이외의 고형분 중량에 대하여 20 중량% 이상 80 중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 도포액.
- 전자 디바이스의 유기물을 포함하는 층 중 하나를 형성하기에 적합한 도포액이며,유기물 및 금속 및/또는 금속 산화물을 포함하고,상기 유기물이 홀 수송 재료와 전자 수송 재료의 양쪽의 기능을 갖는 재료, 또는 이들 양 재료의 혼합물을 포함하고,상기 유기물의 함유량이 용매 이외의 고형분 중량에 대하여 20 중량% 이상 80 중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 도포액.
- 제16항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전자 디바이스가 유기 전계 발광 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 도포액.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 전자 디바이스가 유기 박막 태양 전지인 것을 특징으 로 하는 도포액.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 유기물이 저분자계 유기물인 것을 특징으로 하는 도포액.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 금속 및/또는 금속 산화물 중의 금속이 인듐, 주석, 아연, 티탄 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하고,상기 금속 및/또는 금속 산화물 중의 금속 산화물이 인듐 산화물, 주석 산화물, 인듐·주석 산화물, 아연 산화물, 인듐·아연 산화물, 티탄 산화물, 및 이들 각 금속 산화물 중 어느 하나에 금속을 도핑한 산화물 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도포액.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 금속 및/또는 금속 산화물 중의 금속이 인듐, 주석 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하고,상기 금속 및/또는 금속 산화물 중의 금속 산화물이 인듐 산화물, 주석 산화물, 인듐·주석 산화물, 및 이들 각 금속 산화물 중 어느 하나에 금속을 도핑한 산화물 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도포액.
- 적어도 한쪽의 전극이 ITO를 포함하는 한 쌍의 전극 사이에, 유기물을 포함하는 층이 적어도 2층 이상 적층된 유기 EL 소자의 제조 방법이며,ITO로 구성되는 한쪽의 전극 상에 직접, 홀 주입 재료, 홀 수송 재료, 홀 주입 수송 재료, 전자 주입 재료, 전자 수송 재료 및 전자 주입 수송 재료로부터 선택되는 어느 1종의 유기물, Sn, In, Sn의 산화물, In의 산화물, 인듐·주석 산화물(ITO) 중 어느 하나로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 무기물, 및 유기 용매를 포함하는 도포액 A를 도포하여 제1층을 제조하는 제1 공정, 및상기 제1층 상에 직접, 발광 재료 및 유기 용매를 포함하는 도포액 B를 도포하여 제2층을 제조하는 제2 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조 방법.
