Claims (5)
- 강판 또는 Ni 도금 강판에, Sn 및 Zn 도금 후 열확산 처리하거나, 또는 Sn-Zn 합금 도금에 의해 형성된 Sn-Zn 합금 피막을 갖는 전자부품용 표면 처리 강판에 있어서, 상기 Sn-Zn 합금 피막의 부착량이 3 g/㎡ 이상이고, Sn-Zn 합금 피막의 Zn(중량)/Sn(중량) 비율이 0.001 내지 0.1이며, 이 Sn-Zn 합금 피막 위에 인산-아연-마그네슘을 주체로 하는 무기 피막을 P+Zn+Mg 부착량으로 0.1 내지 100 mg/㎡ 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 땜납 젖음성, 내휘스커성, 외관 경시 안정성이 우수한 환경 대응형 전자부품용 표면 처리 강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, Sn-Zn 합금 피막의 Zn(중량)/Sn(중량) 비율이 0.001 내지 0.01인 것을 특징으로 하는 땜납 젖음성, 내휘스커성, 외관 경시 안정성이 우수한 환경 대응형 전자부품용 표면 처리 강판.
- 제2항에 있어서, Sn-Zn 합금 피막상의 인산-아연-마그네슘을 주체로 하는 무기 피막이 P+Zn+Mg 부착량으로 0.1 내지 10 mg/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 땜납 젖음성, 내휘스커성, 외관 경시 안정성이 우수한 환경 대응형 전자부품용 표면 처리 강판.
- 강판 또는 Ni 도금 강판에 Sn 및 Zn 도금 후 열확산 처리하거나, 또는 Sn-Zn 합금 도금에 의해 형성된 Sn-Zn 합금 피막 표층의 아연 산화막을 제거하지 않고, 중인산마그네슘 용액 중에서 30℃ 이상 70℃ 이하의 온도로 침지 처리하며, 그 후 즉시 수세하여 170℃ 이하로 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 땜납 젖음성, 내휘스커성, 외관 경시 안정성이 우수한 환경 대응형 전자부품용 표면 처리 강판의 제조 방법
- 제4항에 있어서, 중인산마그네슘 용액 중에서의 침지 처리 온도를 50℃ 이상 70℃ 이하로 하고, 또한 그 후의 수세 후 건조 온도를 100℃ 이하로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 땜납 젖음성, 내휘스커성, 외관 경시 안정성이 우수한 환경 대응형 전자부품용 표면 처리 강판의 제조 방법.
