Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 다수의 전지셀들을 내장한 전지팩에서 전지셀들의 전기적 연결을 위한 접속부재로서, 인접한 전지셀들의 전극단자에 접속되는 적어도 2 개의 단자 접속부들과 상기 단자 접속부들을 상호 연결하는 연결부를 포함하고 있고, 전지팩의 팩 케이스의 외면에 장착된 상태에서 전극단자들을 연결할 수 있도록, 상기 접속부는 팩 케이스의 두께에 상응하는 크기로 연결부보다 낮게 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접속부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 접속부재는 금속 플레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 접속부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연결부에는 팩 케이스에 장착되기 위한 체결용 홈이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접속부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단자 접속부 또는 연결부에는 외부 입출력 단자부가 돌출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접속부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단자 접속부 또는 연결부에는 전압 검출용 접속부가 돌출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접속부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폭 방향으로 인접한 2 개의 뱅크를 직렬로 연결할 수 있도록, 4 개의 단자 접속부들이 각각 꼭지점을 형성하고 4 개의 연결부들이 각각 변을 형성하는 4 각형 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 접속부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 길이 방향으로 인접한 2 개의 뱅크를 직렬로 연결할 수 있도록, 일직선 상으로 배열된 4 개의 단자 접속부들을 3 개의 연결부들이 연결하고 있는 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 접속부재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 하나에 따른 접속부재를 포함하고 있는 전지팩.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 전지팩은 상호 결합되는 중공 구조의 상부 케이스 및 하부 케이스에 전지셀들이 내장되어 있고, 상기 전지셀의 전극단자에 대응하는 위치에 전극단자를 노출시키는 관통 접속구가 천공되어 있으며, 상기 접속부재는 그것의 연결부가 팩 케이스에 장착된 상태에서 접속부가 전극단자에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 상하부 케이스의 내면에는 전지셀들을 지지하기 위한 다수의 스페이서가 일체로 형성되어 있으며, 케이스의 외면에는 내부와 통하는 다수의 통풍구가 천공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 팩 케이스의 외면에는 접속부재 중 연결부의 체결용 홈에 결합되는 체결용 돌기가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 돌기는 홈에 대해 억지 끼움 방식으로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 팩 케이스의 외면에는 접속부재 중 연결부의 두께에 대응하는 깊이로 그루브가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 팩 케이스 상에 장착된 다수의 접속부재들에는 전압 검출용 접속부가 돌출되어 있고, 팩 케이스의 일측면에는 보호회로부가 추가로 장착되어 있으며, 상기 전압 검출용 접속부는 검출부재에 의해 보호회로부에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 검출부재는 PCB 또는 FPCB인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
