Claims (11)
- 이중결합 및 2개 이상의 시아노기가 존재하는 하기 화학식 1의 화합물로서, 2개의 시아노기는 상기 이중결합에 대해 trans 위치에 존재하는 것이 특징인 비수 전해액 첨가제.[화학식 1]상기 화학식 1에서, R1 및 R3는 각각 독립적으로 C1~C12의 알킬렌(alkylene), C1~C12의 할로알킬렌(haloalkylene), C2~C12의 알케닐렌(alkenylene), C2~C12의 알키닐렌(alkynylene), C7~C18의 벤질렌(benzylene), C7~C18의 할로벤질렌(halobenzylene), C6~C18의 아릴렌(arylene), 또는 C6~C18의 할로아릴렌(haloarylene)이며;R2 및 R4는 각각 독립적으로 수소, C1~C12의 알킬(alkyl), C1~C12의 할로알킬(haloalkyl), C2~C12의 알케닐, C1~C12의 알콕시(alkoxy), C3~C18의 아릴(aryl), C3~C18의 할로아릴(haloaryl), C7~C18의 벤질(benzyl), C7~C18의 할로벤질(halobenzyl), 할로겐, 또는 시아노(-CN)이며;m 및 n은 각각 독립적으로 0 또는 1이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비수 전해액 첨가제는 첨가제가 사용되는 전기화학소자의 양극 표면의 결함점이나 활성화점에 흡착하여 비수 전해액의 산화 분해 반응을 억제하거나, 또는 양극으로부터 용출된 금속 이온과 착물을 형성하여 상기 금속 이온이 음극에 전착하는 것을 억제하는 것이 특징인 비수 전해액 첨가제.
- 전해질 염; 유기 용매; 및 비수 전해액 첨가제를 포함하는 비수 전해액으로서,상기 비수 전해액 첨가제는 이중결합 및 2개 이상의 시아노기가 존재하는 하기 화학식 1의 화합물로서, 2개의 시아노기는 상기 이중결합에 대해 trans 위치에 존재하는 것이 특징인 비수 전해액.[화학식 1]상기 화학식 1에서, R1 및 R3는 각각 독립적으로 C1~C12의 알킬렌(alkylene), C1~C12의 할로알킬렌(haloalkylene), C2~C12의 알케닐렌(alkenylene), C2~C12의 알키닐렌(alkynylene), C7~C18의 벤질렌(benzylene), C7~C18의 할로벤질렌(halobenzylene), C6~C18의 아릴렌(arylene), 또는 C6~C18의 할로아릴렌(haloarylene)이며;R2 및 R4는 각각 독립적으로 수소, C1~C12의 알킬(alkyl), C1~C12의 할로알킬(haloalkyl), C2~C12의 알케닐, C1~C12의 알콕시(alkoxy), C3~C18의 아릴(aryl), C3~C18의 할로아릴(haloaryl), C7~C18의 벤질(benzyl), C7~C18의 할로벤질(halobenzyl), 할로겐, 또는 시아노(-CN)이며;m 및 n은 각각 독립적으로 0 또는 1이다.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 비수 전해액 첨가제는 비수 전해액 중 0.01~10 중량%로 함유된 것이 특징인 비수 전해액.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 비수 전해액 첨가제는 첨가제가 사용되는 전기화학소자의 양극 표면의 결함점이나 활성화점에 흡착하여 비수 전해액의 산화 분해 반응을 억제하거나, 또는 양극으로부터 용출된 금속 이온과 착물을 형성하여 상기 금속 이온이 음극에 전착하는 것을 억제하는 것이 특징인 비수 전해액.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전해질 염은 (i) Li+, Na+, K+로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 양이온과(ii) PF6 -, BF4 -, Cl-, Br-, I-, ClO4 -, AsF6 -, CH3CO2 -, CF3SO3 -, N(CF3SO2)2 -, C(CF2SO2)3 -로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 음이온의 조합으로 이루어진 것이 특징인 비수 전해액.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 유기 용매는 환형 카보네이트, 선형 카보네이트, 락톤, 에테르, 에스테르, 설폭사이드, 아세토니트릴, 락탐, 케톤 및 이들의 할로겐 유도체로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것이 특징인 비수 전해액.
- 이중결합 및 2개 이상의 시아노기가 존재하며, 2개의 시아노기는 상기 이중결합에 대해 trans 위치에 존재하는 하기 화학식 1의 화합물을 포함하는 전극으로서,하기 화학식 1의 화합물은 전극 표면에 코팅되거나, 전극활물질과 착물을 형성한 것이 특징인 전극.[화학식 1]상기 화학식 1에서, R1 및 R3는 각각 독립적으로 C1~C12의 알킬렌(alkylene), C1~C12의 할로알킬렌(haloalkylene), C2~C12의 알케닐렌(alkenylene), C2~C12의 알키닐렌(alkynylene), C7~C18의 벤질렌(benzylene), C7~C18의 할로벤질렌(halobenzylene), C6~C18의 아릴렌(arylene), 또는 C6~C18의 할로아릴렌(haloarylene)이며;R2 및 R4는 각각 독립적으로 수소, C1~C12의 알킬(alkyl), C1~C12의 할로알킬(haloalkyl), C2~C12의 알케닐, C1~C12의 알콕시(alkoxy), C3~C18의 아릴(aryl), C3~C18의 할로아릴(haloaryl), C7~C18의 벤질(benzyl), C7~C18의 할로벤질(halobenzyl), 할로겐, 또는 시아노(-CN)이며;m 및 n은 각각 독립적으로 0 또는 1이다.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 전극은 상기 화학식 1의 화합물 함유 용액으로 전극을 도포하여 제조된 것이 특징인 전극.
- 양극, 음극 및 비수 전해액을 포함하는 전기화학소자에 있어서, 상기 비수 전해액은 제3항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 비수 전해액인 것이 특징인 전기화학소자.
- 양극, 음극 및 비수 전해액을 포함하는 전기화학소자에 있어서, 상기 양극, 또는 음극, 또는 양극과 음극 모두는 제8항 또는 제9항의 전극인 것이 특징인 전기 화학소자.
