Description
Claims (17)
- 다원자가 금속 이온에 의해 안정화된 쉘 물질의 쉘 내에 캡슐화된 세탁물 보호 성분의 수중유 에멀젼으로 이루어지고, 수불용성이지만 금속 이온의 방출을 통해 수용성으로 되는 고상 재분산성 에멀젼.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세탁물 보호 성분이 섬유 유연제인 것을 특징으로 하는 고상 에멀젼.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 쉘 물질이 1종 이상의 다당류, 특히, 유리 또는 염 형태의 산 기를 함유하는 다당류인 것을 특징으로 하는 고상 에멀젼.
- 제3항에 있어서, 다당류가 알기네이트, 펙틴 및 카라기난, 바람직하게는 알긴산, 알긴산 나트륨, 알긴산 칼륨 또는 알긴산 암모늄, 저급 에스테르화 또는 아미드화 펙틴, κ-카라기난 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고상 에멀젼.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 다당류가 생분해성인 것을 특징으로 하는 고상 에멀젼.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 쉘이 다원자가 금속이온으로서, Ca2+, Sr2 +, Ba2 +, Al3 +, Cu2 + 및 Zn2 + 의 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 이온을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고상 에멀젼.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 세탁물 보호 성분의 양이 에멀젼 총량을 기준으로 하여, 30 중량% 이상, 바람직하게 50 중량% 초과, 특히 75 중량% 초과인 것을 특징으로 하는 고상 에멀젼.
- a) 세탁물 보호 성분을 우선 물 중에, 임의로는 유화제의 존재 하에 유화시키는 단계,b) 공정 단계 a)로부터의 에멀젼을 물 중 쉘 물질의 용액과 혼합하거나, 쉘 물질을 공정 단계 a)로부터의 에멀젼 중에 용해시키는 단계, 및c) 공정단계 b)로부터의 혼합물을 다원자가 금속 이온을 포함하는 용액 내에 도입시키는 단계를 특징으로 하는, 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 고상 재분산성 에멀젼의 제조 방법.
- a) 쉘 물질을 물 중에 용해시키는 단계,b) 세탁물 보호 성분을 공정 단계 a)로부터의 용액 중에, 임의로는 유화제의 존재 하에 유화시키는 단계, 및c) 공정 단계 b)에서 수득된 에멀젼을 다원자가 금속 이온을 포함하는 침전 용액 내로 도입시키는 단계를 특징으로 하는, 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 고상 재분산성 에멀젼의 제조 방법.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 공정 단계 c)에서 사용되는 침전 용액이 물 또는 알코올/물 혼합물 중 이- 또는 삼-원자가 금속염의 용액, 바람직하게는 물/이소프로판올 혼합물 중 알칼리 토금속 염, 보다 바람직하게는 염화 칼슘의 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용되는 유화제가 임의로는 화학적으로 개질될 수 있는 다당류, 바람직하게는 히드로콜로이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공정 단계 c)에서 수득된 입자가 분리되고, 임의로는 세척되고 특히 접촉 건조기 또는 유동상 건조기에서 건조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 건조 단계가 접촉 건조기 또는 유동상 건조기에서 수행되 는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 고상 재분산성 에멀젼의, 세탁물 보호용 조성물에서의 용도.
- 제14항에 있어서, 세탁물 보호용 조성물이 금속 이온과 결합하는 성분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제15항에 있어서, 금속 이온과 결합하는 성분이 제올라이트, EDTA 및 이의 염, 폴리포스페이트, 피로포스페이트, 카르복시메틸옥시숙시네이트, 폴리아크릴레이트, 시트레이트 및 니트릴로트리아세테이트로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 세탁물 보호용 조성물이 분말 세제인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
