Claims (15)
- 수축성이 낮은 코어-외장-2성분 섬유를 함유하는, 열에 의해서 결합된 부직포 재료로서,상기 수축성이 낮은 코어-외장-2성분 섬유는 결정성 폴리에스테르 코어 및 상기 코어보다 적어도 10℃ 더 낮은 온도에서 용융되는 결정성 폴리에스테르 외장으로 이루어지며, 상기 2성분 섬유의 고온 수축율이 170℃에서는 10% 미만인,열에 의해서 결합된 부직포 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수축성이 낮은 코어-외장-2성분 섬유 중에서 95% 이상이 공중합체가 아닌 균일한 폴리에스테르 중합체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는,열에 의해서 결합된 부직포 재료.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 수축성이 낮은 코어-외장-2성분 섬유의 외장이 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트(PBT), 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트(PTT) 또는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는,열에 의해서 결합된 부직포 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수축성이 낮은 코어-외장-2성분 섬유의 코어가 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET) 또는 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트(PEN)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는,열에 의해서 결합된 부직포 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 수축성이 낮은 코어-외장-2성분 섬유가 0.1 내지 15dtex의 데니어(Denier)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는,열에 의해서 결합된 부직포 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 수축성이 낮은 코어-외장-2성분 섬유가 10:90 내지 90:10, 바람직하게는 50:50의 코어-외장-비율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는,열에 의해서 결합된 부직포 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,90 중량-%까지의 부직포 재료가 하나 또는 다수의 추가 섬유를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는,열에 의해서 결합된 부직포 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 부직포 재료가 습한 상태로 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는,열에 의해서 결합된 부직포 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 부직포 재료가 건조된 상태로 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는,열에 의해서 결합된 부직포 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 수축성이 낮은 코어-외장-2성분 섬유가 0.1 내지 15dtex의 데니어를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는,열에 의해서 결합된 부직포 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 부직포 재료가 20 내지 500g/m2의 단위 면적당 중량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는,열에 의해서 결합된 부직포 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,단위 면적당 중량이 150g/m2를 초과하는 경우에는 상기 부직포 재료가 1 Nmm를 초과하는 가로 방향 휨 강도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는,열에 의해서 결합된 부직포 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 부직포 재료가 150℃에서 1시간 후에는 열에 의해 2% 미만, 바람직하게는 1% 미만의 치수 변동(팽창 및 수축)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는,열에 의해서 결합된 부직포 재료.
- 액체 필터링 매체, 멤브레인 지지 부직포 재료, 가스 필터링 매체, 배터리 분리기로서 사용되거나 또는 결합 재료의 표면을 위한 부직포 재료로서 사용되는, 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 부직포 재료의 용도.
- 자동차-엔진용 오일 필터링 매체로서 사용되는, 제 14 항에 따른 부직포 재료의 용도.
