Claims (3)
- 복수행의 주사선과 복수열의 신호선의 각 교차부에 화소가 배치된 화소 표시부와,영상 신호선을 통하여 영상 신호를 공급하는 구동 회로와,상기 구동 회로로부터의 영상 신호선 1개마다 신호선을 N(N은 2 이상의 정수)개씩 대응시켰을 때의 각 그룹마다, N개 중에서 선택된 신호선을 영상 신호선에 절환하여 접속하는 아날로그 스위치 회로와,각 프레임에서 신호선의 전압 극성에 주사선의 M행(M은 짝수)마다의 주기성을 부여하면서 신호선을 구동함과 함께, 프레임의 선두에서 주사선의 제1행째에 대한 신호선의 구동에 앞서서, 상기 M행 중의 최종행에서의 전압 극성을 신호선에 부여하는 제어를 행하는 제어 회로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평면 표시 장치.
- 복수행의 주사선과 복수열의 신호선의 각 교차부에 화소가 배치된 화소 표시부를 구비하고, 영상 신호를 복수의 영상 신호선에 공급하고, 이 영상 신호선에 N(N은 2 이상의 정수)개씩 대응시킨 상기 신호선을 선택적으로 아날로그 스위치에 의해 절환하여 접속하도록 한 다선택 구동 방식의 평면 표시 장치의 구동 방법으로서,상기 신호선의 전압 극성에 주사선의 M(M은 짝수)행마다의 주기성을 부여하 여 구동함과 함께, 각 프레임의 주사선의 제1행째에 대한 신호선의 구동에 앞서서, 상기 신호선을 예비 구동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 평면 표시 장치의 구동 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 예비 구동은, 상기 각 프레임의 주사선의 제1행째에 대한 신호선의 구동에 앞서서, 상기 M행의 주기성을 갖는 최종행의 전압 극성을 상기 신호선 전단에 기입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평면 표시 장치의 구동 방법.
