Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- (a) 조사 경화성 물질;(b) 조사 경화 개시제; 및(c) 자외선 조사에 투과성인 중합체를 포함하는 충전제를 포함하는 조사 경화성 퍼티 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 조성물을 단일 층으로 20 밀 이상의 필름 두께로 적용시킬 수 있기에 충분한 두께를 갖는 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 조성물을 단일 층으로 70 밀 이상의 필름 두께로 적용시킬 수 있기에 충분한 두께를 갖는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 조사 경화성 물질이 다작용성 (메트)아크릴레이트를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 다작용성 (메트)아크릴레이트가 저 점도 이작용성 에폭시 아크릴레이트 를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 퍼티 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 30 중량% 이상의 조사 경화성 물질을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 조사 경화 개시제가 광개시제를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 충전제가 아크릴, 폴리에스터, 폴리유레탄, 에폭시 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 중합체를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 중합체가 70 중량% 이상의 충전제를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 충전제가 자외선 조사에 실질적으로 투과성인 아크릴 중합체를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,(a) 30 중량% 이상의 조사 경화성 물질;(b) 0.01 내지 15 중량%의 조사 경화 개시제;(c) 5 중량% 이상의 충전제;(d) 0.1 중량% 이상의 접착 촉진제; 및(e) 0.1 중량% 이상의 형광 증백제를 포함하는 조성물.
- 기재의 리피니싱 방법으로서,(a) 상기 기재의 적어도 일부에 제 1 항의 퍼티 조성물을 적용시키고;(b) 상기 퍼티 조성물을 조사에 노출시킴으로써 상기 조성물을 경화시키고;(c) 상기 기재의 적어도 일부에 보호 및/또는 장식용 코팅 시스템을 적용시킴을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 퍼티 조성물을 저 강도 자외선 조사에 노출시킴으로써 상기 조성물을 경화시키는 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 퍼티 조성물을 2 내지 5 분간 저 강도 자외선 조사에 노출시킴으로써 상기 조성물을 경화시키는 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 경화된 퍼티 조성물을 상기 보호 및/또는 장식용 코팅 시스템의 적용 전에 샌딩하는 단계를 또한 포함하는 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 보호 및/또는 장식용 코팅 시스템을 착색된 직접 광택 코팅 시스템, 및 착색된 하도막 층 및 투명한 상부 코팅층을 포함하는 다층 시스템 중에서 선택하는 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 보호 및/또는 장식용 코팅 시스템이 프라이머 표면층을 포함하지 않는 방법.
- 제 1 항의 퍼티 조성물로 적어도 부분적으로 코팅된 기재.
- 제 12 항의 방법에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 코팅된 기재.
- 조사 경화성 퍼티 조성물에 자외선 조사에 투과성인 중합체를 포함하는 충전제를 포함시킴을 포함하는,경화 수단으로서 저 강도 자외선 조사를 사용하는 경우 조사 경화성 퍼티 조성물의 경화성을 개선시키는 방법.
