Description
Claims (14)
- 부극 집전체와, 상기 부극 집전체에 마련된 부극 활물질층을 가지며,상기 부극 활물질층은 부극 활물질과, 결착제와, 니켈(Ni), 철(Fe), 니켈 화합물 및 철 화합물 중의 적어도 1종의 부재를 포함하고,상기 부극 활물질층에서의 상기 결착제의 함유량은 0.5wt% 이상 5.0wt% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 부극.
- 제 1항에 있어서상기 부재에서의 니켈 또는 철의 순도는 90wt% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 부극.
- 제 1항에 있어서상기 결착제는 폴리불화 비닐리덴, 스타이렌부타디엔 고무 및 폴리아크릴로니트릴로 이루어지는 군(group)중의 적어도 1종을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부극.
- 제 1항에 있어서상기 부재는 섬유 형상이고, 그 섬유 지름이 5㎛ 이하, 섬유 지름에 대한 섬유 길이의 비율(섬유 길이/섬유 지름)이 5 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 부극.
- 제 1항에 있어서상기 부극 활물질은 리튬(Li)을 흡장 및 방출하는 것이 가능한 부극 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부극.
- 정극 및 부극과 함께 전해질을 구비한 전지로서상기 부극은 부극 집전체와, 상기 부극 집전체에 마련된 부극 활물질층을 가지며,상기 부극 활물질층은 부극 활물질과, 결착제와, 니켈(Ni), 철(Fe), 니켈 화합물 및 철 화합물 중의 적어도 1종의 부재를 포함하고,상기 부극 활물질층에서의 상기 결착제의 함유량은 0.5wt% 이상 5.0wt% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 6항에 있어서상기 부재에서의 니켈 또는 철의 순도는 90wt% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 6항에 있어서상기 결착제는 폴리불화 비닐리덴, 스타이렌부타디엔 고무 및 폴리아크릴로니트릴로 이루어지는 군(group) 중의 적어도 1종을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 6항에 있어서상기 부재는 섬유 형상이고, 그 섬유 지름이 5㎛ 이하, 섬유 지름에 대한 섬유 길이의 비율(섬유 길이/섬유 지름)이 5 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 6항에 있어서상기 부극 활물질은 리튬(Li)을 흡장 및 방출하는 것이 가능한 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 6항에 있어서상기 전해질은 전해액과, 불화 비닐리덴을 성분으로서 포함하는 중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 6항에 있어서상기 전해질은 전해액과, 폴리비닐아세탈 및 그 유도체로 이루어지는 군(group) 중의 적어도 1종을 중합한 구조를 갖는 중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 6항에 있어서상기 정극, 부극 및 전해질은 필름형상의 외장 부재의 내부에 수납된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 6항에 있어서한 쌍의 정극 및 부극당의 완전 충전 상태에서의 개회로 전압이 4.10V 이상 6.00V 이하의 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
