Claims (15)
- 카테킨류, 프로시아니딘류 또는 이들의 혼합물의 가열처리물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항산화제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 카테킨류가 카테킨, 에피카테킨, 에피갈로카테킨, 에피카테킨갈레이트 및 에피갈로카테킨갈레이트 중에서 선택된 1 종 또는 2 종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 항산화제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 카테킨류가 카테킨, 에피카테킨 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 항산화제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 프로시아니딘류가 카테킨류의 2 내지 6량체 중에서 선택된 1 종 또는 2 종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 항산화제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 프로시아니딘류가 프로시아니딘B2인 것을 특징으로 하는 항산화제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가열처리물이 130℃ ~ 220℃의 온도에서 가열된 것임을 특징으로 하는 항산화제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가열처리물이 150℃ ~ 220℃의 온도에서 가열된 것임을 특징으로 하는 항산화제
- 청구항 1 내지 7 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 항산화제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품.
- 카테킨류, 프로시아니딘류 또는 이들의 혼합물을 가열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항산화제의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 카테킨류가 카테킨, 에피카테킨, 에피갈로카테킨, 에피카테킨갈레이트 및 에피갈로카테킨갈레이트 중에서 선택된 1 종 또는 2 종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 항산화제의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 카테킨류가 카테킨, 에피카테킨 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 항산화제의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 프로시아니딘류가 카테킨류의 2 내지 6량체 중에서 선택된 1 종 또는 2 종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 항산화제의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 프로시아니딘류가 프로시아니딘B2인 것을 특징으로 하는 항산화제의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 가열처리가 130℃ ~ 220℃의 온도에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 항산화제의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 가열처리가 150℃ ~ 220℃의 온도에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 항산화제의 제조방법.
