Claims (5)
- (a) 가교성 불소 고무와,상기 가교성 불소 고무 100 중량부에 대해서,(b) 2가 퍼플루오로폴리에테르 구조 또는 2가 퍼플루오로알킬렌 구조를 가지며, 말단 또는 측쇄에 적어도 유기 규소 화합물(c) 중의 히드로실릴기와 부가 반응 가능한 알케닐기를 2개 이상 갖는 반응성 불소계 화합물(가교성 불소 고무(a)를 제외한다)과,(c) 분자 중에 2개 이상의 히드로실릴기를 가지고 적어도 상기 반응성 불소계 화합물(b) 중의 알케닐기와 부가 반응 가능한 반응성 유기 규소 화합물을 합계 [(b)+(c)]로 1~10 중량부의 양으로 함유하며, 추가로(d) 가황제(d-1)과, 필요에 따라서 공가교제(d-2)를 포함하는 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응성 불소계 화합물(b)와 상기 반응성 유기 규소 화합물(c)가 액상이며, 촉매의 존재하에 반응하여 겔화될 수 있는 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가교성 불소 고무(a)가,(가) 플루오르화 비닐리덴계의 가교성 불소 고무(FKM) 단독, 또는(나) 상기 가교성 FKM에 추가하여, 가교성 퍼플루오로 불소 고무(FFKM)을 포 함하는 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가교성 불소 고무(a) 100 중량부에 대해서, 반응성 불소계 화합물(b)와 반응성 유기 규소 화합물(c)를 합계로 1~10 중량부의 양으로, 가황제(d-1)을 0.5~2.5 중량부의 양으로, 공가교제(d-2)를 3~6 중량부의 양으로 포함하는 고무 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 고무 조성물을 1차 가황 성형한 후, 150℃~300℃의 온도에서, 상압~감압하에 2차 가황해서 되는 플라즈마 처리장치용 실링재.
