Claims (8)
- 화상을 구성하는 화소에 대응하는 동시에 전기 에너지의 공급에 의해 발광(發光)하는 복수의 발광 소자와,상기 복수의 발광 소자 각각에 대해서 제 1 보정값을 기억하는 제 1 기억 수단과,화상을 구분한 복수의 영역 각각에 대해서 제 1 모드 또는 제 2 모드를 지정하는 지정 수단과,상기 지정 수단이 제 1 모드를 지정한 영역의 각 화소에 대해서 상기 복수의 발광 소자 각각에 상기 각 화소의 화상 데이터와 상기 발광 소자의 제 1 보정값에 따른 전기 에너지를 공급하고, 상기 지정 수단이 제 2 모드를 지정한 영역의 각 화소에 대해서 상기 복수의 발광 소자 각각에 상기 제 1 모드와는 상이한 처리에 의해 상기 각 화소의 화상 데이터에 따른 전기 에너지를 공급하는 구동 수단을 구비하는 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화상은 상기 각 발광 소자에 대응하여 제 1 방향으로 배열된 복수의 화소로 이루어지는 라인을 상기 제 1 방향과 교차하는 제 2 방향으로 배열하여 이루어지고,상기 지정 수단은 상기 화상을 소정 수의 라인마다 구분한 각 영역에 대해서 제 1 모드 또는 제 2 모드를 지정하는 발광 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 지정 수단은, 홀수번째의 각 라인에 대해서 제 1 모드 및 제 2 모드 중 한쪽을 지정하고, 짝수번째의 각 라인에 대해서 제 1 모드 및 제 2 모드 중 다른쪽을 지정하는 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 발광 소자 각각에 대해서 제 2 보정값을 기억하는 제 2 기억 수단을 구비하고,상기 구동 수단은, 상기 지정 수단이 제 2 모드를 지정한 영역의 각 화소에 대해서 상기 복수의 발광 소자 각각에 상기 각 화소의 화상 데이터와 상기 발광 소자의 제 2 보정값에 따른 전기 에너지를 공급하는 발광 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 구동 수단은, 상기 지정 수단이 제 1 모드를 지정한 영역의 각 화소에 대해서 상기 복수의 발광 소자 각각을 상기 발광 소자의 제 1 보정값에 따라 전류값이 설정된 구동 전류의 공급에 의해 화상 데이터에 따른 광량(光量)으로 구동하고, 상기 지정 수단이 제 2 모드를 지정한 영역의 각 화소에 대해서 상기 복수의 발광 소자 각각을 상기 발광 소자의 제 2 보정값에 따라 펄스 폭이 설정된 구동 전 류의 공급에 의해 화상 데이터에 따른 광량으로 구동하는 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 발광 장치를 구비하는 전자 기기.
- 화상을 구성하는 화소에 대응한 복수의 발광 소자 각각이 화상 데이터에 따른 전기 에너지의 공급에 의해 구동되는 발광 장치의 화상 처리 장치로서,상기 복수의 발광 소자 각각에 대해서 제 1 보정값을 기억하는 제 1 기억 수단과,화상을 구분한 복수의 영역 각각에 대해서 제 1 모드 또는 제 2 모드를 지정하는 지정 수단과,상기 지정 수단이 제 1 모드를 지정한 영역에 속하는 각 화소의 화상 데이터를 상기 제 1 기억 수단에 기억된 제 1 보정값에 따라 보정하고 나서 상기 발광 장치에 출력하며, 상기 지정 수단이 제 2 모드를 지정한 영역에 속하는 각 화소의 화상 데이터를 상기 제 1 보정값에 따른 보정은 실행하지 않고 상기 발광 장치에 출력하는 보정 수단을 구비하는 화상 처리 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 발광 소자 각각에 대해서 제 2 보정값을 기억하는 제 2 기억 수단을 구비하며,상기 보정 수단은, 상기 지정 수단이 제 2 모드를 지정한 영역에 속하는 각 화소의 화상 데이터를 상기 제 2 기억 수단에 기억된 제 2 보정값에 따라 보정하고 나서 상기 발광 장치에 출력하는 화상 처리 장치.
