Claims (8)
- 적어도 형상이 다른 2종류의 이형부를 갖는 자성 이동체와,이 자성 이동체로부터 떨어져 마련되어 이동하는 자성 이동체에 따라 다른 이형부와 대향하는 자전 변환 소자와,이 자전 변환 소자의 부근에 마련되어 자전 변환 소자에 자계를 인가시키는 자석과,대향한 다른 상기 이형부에 따라 상기 자전 변환 소자에 인가되는 상기 자계가 변화하고, 이 자계의 변화에 따라 다른 출력 신호가 출력되는 처리 회로부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 검출 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 자성 이동체는, 원판형상이고, 상기 이형부는, 상기 자성 이동체의 주연부에 형성된, 제 1의 홈, 및 제 1의 홈보다도 지름 방향의 깊이 치수가 큰 제 2의 홈인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 검출 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 자성 이동체는, 원판형상이고, 상기 이형부는, 상기 자성 이동체의 주연부에 형성된, 제 1의 홈, 및 제 1의 홈보다도 둘레방향의 길이 치수가 큰 제 2의 홈인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 검출 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 자성 이동체는, 원판형상이고, 상기 이형부는, 상기 자성 이동체의 주연부에 형성되고, 대향한 한 쌍의 제 1의 홈, 및 대향한 한 쌍의 제 2의 홈이고, 상기 제 1의 홈은, 상기 제 2의 홈보다도 지름 방향의 깊이 치수가 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 검출 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 자성 이동체는, 원통형상이고, 상기 이형부는, 상기 자성 이동체의 주벽에 형성된, 제 1의 구멍, 및 제 1의 구멍보다도 축선 방향의 길이 치수가 큰 제 2의 구멍인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 검출 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 자성 이동체는 원통형상이고, 상기 이형부는, 상기 자성 이동체의 단면에서 축선 방향으로 노치된, 제 1의 홈 및 제 1의 홈보다도 상기 축선 방향의 길이 치수가 큰 제 2의 홈인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 검출 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,각각 출력되는 상기 출력 신호는, 엔진의 크랭크 각 센서 신호와 캠 각 센서 신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 검출 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 자전 변환 소자는, 거대 자기 저항 소자(GMR 소자)인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 검출 장치.
