Claims (5)
- 적어도 2개의 자기 저항 소자로 이루어진 브리지 회로로 구성된 자계 검출부와, 상기 자계 검출부와 일체로 형성된 상기 자기 저항 소자에 자계를 인가하는 자석과, 상기 자석의 근방에 배치되고 상기 자석에 의해 발생한 자계를 변화시키는 자성 이동체와, 상기 자계의 변화에 의한 상기 자기 저항 소자의 저항치의 변화를 전압 변화로 변환하고, 상기 전압을 처리하는 것에 의해 상기 저항치 변화에 의거하여 신호를 출력하는 처리 회로부를 구비하고, 상기 각각의 자기 저항 소자는 각각의 자기 저항 소자의 중심점에 대해 점대칭인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 검출 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 자기 저항 소자는 거대 자기 저항 소자(GMR 소자)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 검출 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 자기 저항 소자의 형상을 다각형의 소용돌이 형상 패턴으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 검출 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 자성 이동체는 회전축에 동기하여 회전하는 기어 형상 자성 이동체인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 검출 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 자계 검출부는 적어도 2개의 자기 저항 소자와 다른 저항기에 의해 브리지 회로를 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 검출 장치.
