Claims (5)
- 캐비티 길이 만큼 이격 배치되어 공진기를 구성하는 제1 및 제2미러를 구비하는 반도체 레이저와;상기 반도체 레이저의 상기 제1미러를 투과하여 조사된 광을 변조하여 스크린에 영상을 제공하는 공간변조기;를 포함하는 것으로,상기 반도체 레이저의 코히어런스 길이 lc와 유효 반사율 R 각각이 하기의 수학식으로 정의될 때, 상기 코히어런스 길이 lc는 하기의 조건식을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 디스플레이 장치.<수학식>여기서, d는 상기 반도체 레이저의 캐비티 길이, R1은 상기 제1미러의 반사율, R2는 상기 제2미러의 반사율이다.<조건식>
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 반도체 레이저는,400nm 내지 700nm 파장 영역의 가시광선 광을 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 디스플레이 장치.
