Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 재료 공급기로부터 선단 분무 노즐에 이르는 재료 반송관에 1차 주수기를 설치함과 동시에 선단 분무 노즐 직전에 2차 주수기를 설치하고, 각각의 주수기로부터 재료 반송관 내를 반송되는 분무 재료에 주수하는 부정형 내화물의 분무 시공 방법으로서,상기 1차 주수기는, 상기 2차 주수기의 상류쪽에 간격을 두고 설치하고, 1차 주수기로부터는 전체 시공수의 10∼50질량%의 시공수를 첨가하고, 2차 주수기로부터 시공에 필요한 나머지 시공수를 주수하고, 또한 1차 주수기에서는 평균 입경 1OOμm 이하의 미립화수를 압축 공기와 함께 주수하는 부정형 내화물의 분무 시공 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2차 주수기로부터도 1차 주수기와 마찬가지로 평균 입경 100μm 이하의 미립화수를 압축 공기와 함께 주수하는 부정형 내화물의 분무 시공 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 주수기로부터 재료 반송관 내로 압축 공기와 함께 분무되는 미립화수는, 재료 반송관 내를 반송되는 분무 재료의 반송 방향으로 30∼70도 경사지고, 또한 재료 반송관 내의 중심을 향해 삿갓형으로 분무 주수되는 부정형 내화물의 분무 시공 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각의 주수기로부터 재료 반송관 내를 반송되는 분무 재료에 압축 공기와 함께 분무되는 미립화수는, 미립화수 반송용 공기의 유속(v)이 분무 재료 반송 용공기의 유속(V)에 대해 V∼3V이고, 또한 미립화수 반송용 공기의 유량(w)이 분무 재료 반송용 공기의 유량(W)에 대해 0.01W∼0.15W의 조건하에서 분무되는 부정형 내화물의 분무 시공 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분무 재료가 입경 75μm 이하의 탄화규소를 5∼30질량% 포함하는 알루미나―탄화규소질 부정형 내화물인 부정형 내화물의 분무 시공 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분무 재료가, 마그네시아 미분 1∼30질량%, 나머지 부분 알루미나를 주체로 하는 알루미나―마그네시아질 부정형 내화물인 부정형 내화물의 분무 시공 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 냉온간에서 시공되는 냉온간 분무 재료로서, 내화 원료 분말에 대해 알루미나 시멘트, 마그네시아 시멘트, 인산염 또는 규산염 중 1종으로 이루어지는 결합제와, 급결제와, 분산제와, 섬유를 첨가하여 혼합하여 이루어지고, 내화 원료 분말중에 입경 75μm 미만의 원료를 25∼60질량% 함유하고, 또한 이 중에서 10μm 미만의 원료/75μm 미만 10μm 이상의 원료의 질량비가 0.25∼0.7인 것을 특징으로 하는 부정형 내화물의 분무 시공 방법에서 사용되는 분무 재료.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열간에서 시공되는 열간 분무 재료로서, 내화 원료 분말에 대해 결합제로서 인산염 또는 규산염과, 급결제를 첨가하여 혼합하여 이루어지고, 내화 원료 분말 중에 입경 75μm 미만의 원료를 10∼45질량% 함유하고, 또한 이 중에서 10μm 미만의 원료/75μm 미만 10μm 이상의 원료의 질량비가 0.25∼0.7인 것을 특징으로 하는 부정형 내화물의 분무 시공 방법에서 사용되는 분무 재료.
- 제7항에 있어서, 결합제가 알루미나 시멘트이고, 급결제가 알루민산 소다 또는 소석회 어느것이나 분말인 분무 재료.
- 제8항에 있어서, 결합제가 인산염 또는 규산이고, 급결제가 소석회, 활성 마그네시아, 혹은 황산염 어느것이나 분말인 분무 재료.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상온에서 분무 시공한 시공체에 있어서, 양생 후 110℃에서 24시간 이상 건조한 후 겉보기 기공율이 18∼30%, 또한 통기율이 100×10-5cm3·cm/cm2·cmH2O·sec 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 부정형 내화 물의 분무 시공 방법에서 사용되는 분무 재료.
- 제7항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상온에서 분무 시공한 시공체에 있어서, 양생 후 110℃에서 24시간 이상 건조한 후 겉보기 기공율이 18∼30%, 또한 통기율이 100×10-5cm3·cm/cm2·cmH2O·sec 이상인 분무 재료.
- 재료 공급기로부터 선단 분무 노즐에 이르는 재료 반송관에 1차 주수기를 설치함과 동시에 선단 분무 노즐 직전에 2차 주수기를 설치하고, 각각의 주수기로부터 재료 반송관 내를 반송되는 분무 재료에 압축 공기와 함께 미립화수를 주수하는 부정형 내화물의 분무 시공 장치로서,상기 1차 주수기는 평균 입경 100μm 이하의 미립화수를 발생시키고, 상기 2차 주수기의 상류쪽으로 간격을 두고 설치한 부정형 내화물의 분무 시공 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 각각의 주수기는, 시공수 반송 경로로서의 내공과, 이 내공에 원주 방향으로 가늘고 긴 개구부를 갖는 1개의 슬릿형 노즐공을 가지며, 이 노즐공은 분무 재료의 반송 방향으로 30∼70도 경사지고, 또한 개구부의 폭이 0.1∼1mm이고, 노즐공의 상류쪽에는 균압실을 가지고, 이 균압실에 혼합실이 연결되고, 혼합실에 가압수와 압축 공기의 도입구를 가지고 있는 부정형 내화물의 분무 시공 장치.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 2차 주수기 근처의 재료 반송관의 도중에 내경을 좁힌 혼합관을 설치한 부정형 내화물의 분무 시공 장치.
