Description
Claims (4)
- 제1 기판과,상기 제1 기판에 대향해서 배치된 제2 기판과,상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판 사이의 일부의 영역을 둘러싸고 이들 제1 기판과 제2 기판을 접합하는 복수의 시일재와,상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판 사이의 상기 복수의 시일재 사이에 형성된 높이 조정층과,상기 높이 조정층의 일주면 상에 형성되어 상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판 사이의 간극을 유지하는 스페이서를 구비하고,상기 높이 조정층에는, 상기 시일재의 길이 방향을 따른 오목 형상의 본체 홈부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 기판 및 상기 제2 기판의 어느 한 쪽의 일주면 상에 형성된 착색층을 구비하고,상기 높이 조정층은, 상기 착색층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 시일재는, 상기 시일재에 의해 피복된 상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판 사이를 개구시키는 개구부를 갖고,상기 높이 조정층의 상기 개구부에 대향하는 부분에는, 상기 개구부가 개구하는 방향을 따른 오목 형상의 개구 홈부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 시일재는, 상기 시일재에 의해 피복된 상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판 사이를 개구시키는 개구부를 갖고,상기 높이 조정층의 상기 개구부에 대향하는 부분에는, 상기 개구부가 개구하는 방향을 향하여 방사 형상으로 확대 개방한 오목 형상의 개구 홈부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판 장치.
