Claims (9)
- 모터구동장치에 있어서,모터(M1)를 구동하는 구동회로(14);스위칭소자를 포함하고, 상기 구동회로(14)와 전원(B)간의 DC 전압을 변환하기 위해 상기 스위칭소자의 스위칭 동작을 이용하는 전압컨버터(12);평활된 DC 전압을 상기 구동회로(14)에 입력하도록 상기 변환된 DC 전압을 평활하기 위해 상기 전압컨버터(12)와 상기 구동회로(14) 사이에 제공되는 캐패시터소자(C2); 및상기 모터(M1)의 필요한 출력의 크기를 토대로 상기 스위칭 동작을 제어하는 제어회로(30)를 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 구동회로(14)에는, 상기 모터(M1)의 필요한 출력에 따라, 상기 전원(B)으로부터 그리고 상기 캐패시터소자(C2)로부터 전력이 공급되며,상기 제어회로(30)는, 상기 필요한 출력의 크기가 소정의 변동폭을 벗어나는 경우, 상기 캐패시터소자(C2)로부터 공급되는 전력이 상기 전원(B)으로부터 공급되는 전력보다 크도록 상기 스위칭 동작을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어회로(30)는 상기 필요한 출력의 크기가 상기 소정의 변동폭의 범위 이내에 있는 지를 판정하여, 상기 판정의 결과에 따라 상기 스위칭 동작의 목표전압을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터구동장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제어회로(30)는 상기 스위칭 동작의 목표전압의 소정의 제어폭을 가지며, 상기 필요한 출력의 크기가 상기 소정의 변동폭의 범위를 벗어나는 경우, 상기 스위칭 동작의 목표전압을 상기 소정의 제어폭의 범위 이내의 보다 낮은 전압레벨로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터구동장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 스위칭 동작의 목표전압의 상기 소정의 제어폭은 그 상한을 가지며, 상기 상한에 대응하는 전압레벨은 상기 필요한 출력의 크기의 상기 소정의 변동폭의 상한에 대응하는 전압레벨보다 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 모터구동장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 캐패시터소자(C2)의 단자-대-단자 전압을 검출하는 전압센서(13)를 더 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 전압센서(13)에 의해 검출되는 상기 캐패시터소자(C2)의 단자-대-단자 전압이 상기 스위칭 동작의 목표전압보다 낮은 경우, 상기 제어회로(30)는 상기 캐패시터소자(C2)의 단자-대-단자 전압이 상기 스위칭 동작의 목표전압과 같도록 상 기 스위칭 동작을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터구동장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 전원(B)으로/으로부터 입력/출력되는 전원전류를 검출하는 제1전류센서(18);상기 모터(M1)를 구동하기 위한 모터구동전류를 검출하는 제2전류센서(24); 및상기 캐패시터소자(C2)의 단자-대-단자 전압을 검출하는 전압센서(13)를 더 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 필요한 출력의 크기가 상기 소정의 변동값의 범위를 벗어나는 경우, 상기 제어회로(30)는 상기 제1전류센서(18) 및 상기 제2전류센서(24)에 의해 각각 검출되는 상기 전원전류 및 상기 모터구동전류 뿐만 아니라 상기 전압센서(13)에 의해 검출되는 상기 캐패시터소자(C2)의 단자-대-단자 전압을 토대로 상기 캐패시터소자(C2)로부터 공급되는 전력을 계산하고, 상기 전원(B)으로부터 공급되는 전력이 상기 캐패시터소자(C2)로부터 공급되는 상기 계산된 전력보다 작도록 상기 전원(B)으로부터 공급되는 전력을 결정하며, 상기 결정된 전력이 상기 전원으로부터 공급될 때의 상기 캐패시터소자(C2)의 단자-대-단자 전압으로 상기 스위칭 동작의 목표전압을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터구동장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 필요한 출력의 크기가 상기 소정의 변동폭의 범위 이내에 있는 경우, 상기 제어회로(30)는 상기 전압센서(13)에 의해 검출되는 상기 캐패시터소자(C2)의 단자-대-단자 전압을 토대로 상기 캐패시터소자(C2) 내에 저장되어 있는 저장된 전력을 계산하여, 상기 계산된 저장된 전력이 최소한 소정의 임계값이 되도록 상기 스위칭 동작의 목표전압을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터구동장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제어회로(30)는, 상기 저장된 전력이 상기 소정의 임계값보다 작은 경우, 상기 저장된 전력이 상기 소정의 임계값과 같을 때의 상기 캐패시터소자(C2)의 단자-대-단자 전압으로 상기 스위칭 동작의 목표전압을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터구동장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 필요한 출력의 크기가 상기 소정의 변동폭을 벗어나는 경우, 상기 소정의 임계값은, 상기 캐패시터소자(C2)로부터 상기 구동회로(14)로 전력이 공급되도록 하는 레벨의 저장된 전력을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터구동장치.
