Claims (4)
- 질량 %로,C : 0.03 내지 0.14 %,Si : 0.30 % 이하,Mn : 0.8 내지 2.0 %,p : 0.02 % 이하,S : 0.005 % 이하,Al : 0.001 내지 0.040 %,N : 0.0010 내지 0.0100 %,Ni : 0.8 내지 4.0 %,Ti : 0.005 내지 0.030 %,Nb : 0.003 내지 0.040 %를 함유하고, Ni와 Mn이 식 [1]을 만족시키고, 잔량부가 철 및 불가피 불순물인 것을 특징으로 하는 대입열 용접에 의한 용접 열영향부의 저온 인성이 우수한 두꺼운 고강도 강판.Ni/Mn ≥ 10 × Ceq - 3 (0.36 < Ceq < 0.42) …[1]단, Ceq = C + Mn/6 + (Cr + Mo + V)/5 + (Ni + Cu)/15
- 제1항에 있어서, 질량 %로,Ca : 0.0003 내지 0.0050 %,Mg : 0.0003 내지 0.0050 %,REM : 0.001 내지 0.030 %중 1종 또는 2종 이상을 더 함유하고, 또한O : 0.0010 내지 0.0050 %를 함유하고, 원상당 직경이 0.005 내지 0.5 ㎛인 산화물을 100개/㎟ 이상 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대입열 용접에 의한 용접 열영향부의 저온 인성이 우수한 두꺼운 고강도 강판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 질량 %로,B : 0.0005 내지 0.0050 %를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대입열 용접에 의한 용접 열영향부의 저온 인성이 우수한 두꺼운 고강도 강판.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 질량 %로,Cr : 0.1 내지 0.5 %,Mo : 0.01 내지 0.5 %,V : 0.005 내지 0.10 %,Cu : 0.1 내지 1.0 %중 1종 또는 2종 이상을 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대입열 용접에 의한 용접 열영향부의 저온 인성이 우수한 두꺼운 고강도 강판.
