Claims (13)
- 내부 전극층과, 2㎛ 미만의 두께를 가지는 유전체층을 갖는 적층 세라믹 전자 부품을 제조하는 방법으로서,유전체 페이스트용 유전체 원료를 포함하는 유전체층용 페이스트와, 소결 억제용 유전체 원료를 포함하는 내부 전극층용 페이스트를 사용해 형성된 적층체를 소성하는 공정을 갖고,상기 유전체 페이스트용 유전체 원료가, 주성분 원료와 부성분 원료를 포함하며,상기 소결 억제용 유전체 원료가, 적어도 소결 억제용 주성분 원료를 포함하고,이 소결 억제용 주성분 원료가, 상기 유전체 페이스트용 유전체 원료에 포함되는 주성분 원료와 실질적으로 같은 조성계이고, 또한 3.991Å 초과 4.064Å 미만인 격자 정수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 세라믹 전자 부품의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 소결 억제용 주성분 원료가, 조성식 (AO)m'·BO2로 표시되고, 상기 식 중의 기호 A가 Sr, Ca 및 Ba에서 선택되는 적어도 1개의 원소이고, 기호 B가 Ti 및 Zr의 적어도 1개의 원소이며, 상기 식 중의 몰비 m'가 0.993<m'<1.050이고, 또한 3.991Å 초과 4.064Å 미만인 격자 정수를 갖는 유전체 산화물인, 적층 세라믹 전자 부품의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 소결 억제용 주성분 원료가, 조성식 (BaO)m'·TiO2으로 표시되고, 상기 식 중의 몰비 m'가 0.993<m'<1.050이고, 또한 3.991Å 초과 4.064Å 미만인 격자 정수를 갖는 티탄산 바륨인, 적층 세라믹 전자 부품의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 소결 억제용 주성분 원료가, 또한 10을 넘고 266 미만인 OH기 방출량을 갖는, 적층 세라믹 전자 부품의 제조 방법.
- 내부 전극층과, 2㎛ 미만의 두께를 가지는 유전체층을 갖는 적층 세라믹 전자 부품을 제조하는 방법으로서,유전체 페이스트용 유전체 원료를 포함하는 유전체층용 페이스트와, 소결 억제용 유전체 원료를 포함하는 내부 전극층용 페이스트를 사용해 형성된 적층체를 소성하는 공정을 갖고,상기 유전체 페이스트용 유전체 원료가, 주성분 원료와 부성분 원료를 포함하며,상기 소결 억제용 유전체 원료가, 적어도 소결 억제용 주성분 원료를 포함하 고,이 소결 억제용 주성분 원료가, 상기 유전체 페이스트용 유전체 원료에 포함되는 주성분 원료와 실질적으로 같은 조성계이고, 또한 10을 넘고 266 미만인 OH기 방출량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 세라믹 전자 부품의 제조 방법.
